However, the reason I'm only giving it a neutral recommendation is due to some of the bugs I ran across, along with some other issues. Let's talk about the good first. This seems like a nice value game given the production values for a puzzle adventure game at this price point. It has some good Voice Overs. The cavern system is also very interesting to explore with some nice visuals. It looks & feels like you're in an adventure. The puzzles haven't been difficult early on, but you do have to pay attention to your surroundings. However, the bad points are things that maybe some in VR just can't look past. The biggest thing is that the game is teleport only and snap turn only (you cannot choose degree of turn). There is no smooth / full locomotion or smooth turning available. There are also no graphical settings or sound settings available. This is all a huge miss by the developer, these are all things that many VR gamers expect in a game. So even if there are VR puzzle adventure fans out there who were interested in this game, they may pass on this one just due to the above. The other big negative is just some of the bugs I have experienced or the lack of polish overall. The good news is that the developer did fix the major game-breaking bug with the elevator and the dev was quick to fix it. So kudos for that. However, I experienced issues with placing ladders where you were supposed to. I literally got stuck holding a ladder with no ability to teleport or let go of the ladder. It was also just too dark in certain areas of the game. It was unclear where to go in certain parts of the game as well. Being too dark didn't help. I do think this game has potential once it's updated and a smoother experience overall. The world was interesting to explore and I genuinely wanted to keep going to solve all the puzzles. Unfortunately, I ran into a game breaking bug where I teleported into an area that I was unclear if I could get into. I was able to get into the area, but then was unable to leave that area. Game is running on the Unity Engine. On my RTX 3080, I was getting mostly 72 fps (Q3 default). You can play game standing or comfortably seated. Bewertung: ★★☆☆☆ "The Last Safe Place" hat so viel Potenzial, aber momentan ist es einfach zu frustrierend, um es zu genießen. Die Steuerung ist eine Katastrophe – das Teleportieren ist ungenau und führt oft zu unnötigen Toden. Zudem ist das Spiel total buggy. Es gibt zahlreiche Fehler, die das Spielerlebnis stark beeinträchtigen. Es ist wirklich schade, denn die Idee hinter dem Spiel ist großartig. Die Atmosphäre und das Konzept haben mich sofort angesprochen, aber die technische Umsetzung lässt leider zu wünschen übrig. Ich hoffe, dass die Entwickler schnell Patches herausbringen, um die Probleme zu beheben. ENG The idead is good: exploring an underground world full of mysteries about an ancient civilization ... The rest is quite bad. There are no game option at all: no for navigation or movement, for controls, graphics settings, nothing. You can olny move by teleport and often you can brake the game by teleporting into places where you're not suppose to go without solving the puzzle that should free the way. There's no inventory, there's no interaction with the environment, you can olny grab a few items and there's phisycs at all. Graphics ... 90% of the time is pitch black, sometime you go into a litten areas where the models and texture are quite bad. Music and sound FX are very bad and there's no indication about you have to do, so you keep stuck here and there continuosly without knowing what to do. Played about 30 minute, uninstalled and asked for a refund ------------- ITA L'idea è buona: esplorare un mondo sotterraneo pieno di misteri su un'antica civiltà... Il resto è piuttosto pessimo. Non ci sono opzioni di gioco: no per la navigazione o il movimento, per i controlli, le impostazioni grafiche, niente. Puoi muoverti solo tramite teletrasporto e spesso puoi rompere il gioco teletrasportandoti in luoghi dove non dovresti andare senza prima risolvere il puzzle che dovrebbe liberare la strada. Non c'è inventario, non c'è interazione con l'ambiente, puoi solo prendere alcuni oggetti e non c'è alcuna fisica. Grafica... Il 90% delle volte è nero come la pece, a volte entri in aree poco illuminate dove i modelli e le texture sono piuttosto scadenti. La musica e gli effetti sonori sono pessimi e non ci sono indicazioni su cosa devi fare, quindi rimani bloccato qua e là continuamente senza sapere cosa fare. An interesting evening diversion; I've been playtesting this before release and I've played it so many times! More times than you would, but hopefully I've fallen and gotten caught in all the glitches so you don't have to. So it's hard to give a review at all! I've falling through the floor so the current version could exist at all. You're touring an excavation site, and then fall in deeper. Some of the puzzles are basic 'learn the VR' ones, and then they get more difficult. Stop and smell the roses, things will happen. Eventually you fall down the rabbit hole and honestly, don't ask me how to get out. But there's a story there, too, while you're playing with the puzzles ^-^ I would recommend this. I like little puzzle games, where the story is in the world. For someone who's very game oriented, this isn't more than an evening's worth - but a VR game that lasts longer than a movie and costs the same? That seems a good deal to me.

As of right now, I cannot recommend the game. The game crashed on me three times in the short time that I played it. I liked what I was playing so far, with the exception of interacting with a number pad. That was awful, I had to hold my hand in a weird way to enter a number, I couldn't take my index finger and simply poke the button. Took over five minutes to enter a number. I'm playing this on a Vive Pro 2 and pairing with a 3080 and a core i7. Perhaps an update to the software would fix the crashes and interface.

Это просто облом.. такое описание заманчивое, а по факту кривая бродилка только телепортом, без каких либо настроек высоты игрока, про игру сидя даже намёка нет, глюков просто море, на лифте спускался раз 5, и каждый раз игра намертво зависала, один раз прошла до дна сквозь все текстуры... И все эти прелести на 20 минут игры... Возврат однозначно. Quest 3 + 4070 Ti

I like the game but it has glitches, hopefully they will update and fix the game, and it will be better
