The Incident at Galley House

My wife and I have been playing The Incident at Galley House and we love it so far! Very much in the vein of games like Return of the Obra Dinn, Her Story, The Roottrees Are Dead, and the Golden Idol series. Galley House has a very fun mechanic where you nonlinearly trace each suspect's whereabouts through a mansion over the course of a night. I particularly enjoy the nonlinear aspect, it constantly feels like we are getting stuck and then having breakthroughs as we find new information that opens up a huge range of new options. Along with that, the visuals have the same hand-drawn feel as The Roottrees (and, in the age of generative AI, it's refreshing to see human-made visuals with a genuine art style!). TL;DR: This is Golden Idol meets Agatha Christie, in the best way!

Incredible puzzle game with great foreshadowing.

Great game. I was quite skeptical looking at the art. But story is remarkable! And art actually fits very well. Hope devs will add other langs to the game so more people could enjoy this fascinating story
