The House Sitter's 5 Nights

I died and the game stopped accepting my inputs. I lowered the volume and it changed a bunch of my settings including switching to my controller and changing the screen resolution. also could not find the downstairs bathroom for my final chore, didn't matter cause the monster killed me through a wall. game's busted in unfun ways

This is one of if not the most frustrating horror game I have ever played. To begin with, the entire experience is timed. You only have so much time to complete mundane house cleaning tasks such as cleaning toilets and dishes and picking up trash or the level or night ends in failure. And not IF but WHEN the monster catches you, you will have to start the entire level or night over. Numerous times, I almost completed the final task only to be caught and start all over. Batteries also run out within seconds and I experienced a bug where the flashlight would not reload even though I had batteries in my inventory. The difficulty in this game gets more and more excessive with each night. By night two, there are fewer batteries available and almost all doors are locked with padlocks that cannot be unlocked with the combination provided in the note where you start. I didn't even make it to night three before giving up in frustration. The developer has also mentioned in the Steam discussions that nights 3-5 are extremely difficult. Other issues I encountered are glitching textures in the garage, random frame rate drops no matter what graphic setting, no way to manually save, cannot change the fov, and cannot remap the mouse keys. The monster also seems to glitch red and can kill you through walls that ends in a cheap still image of the monster's face. It's obvious that the developer made up for a lack of content by increasing the difficulty so that levels or nights will have to repeated over and over again. For me personally, this is not my idea of fun and I would rather spend my time playing better games.

So every night you have to do all your chores before 6 AM, dodge that spooky ghost and optionally find some tapes that I forgot about because I replayed some nights a couple of times and the times I finished the night I always forgot about them... All in all this was a fun game until the last mission where I spent like 1 hour because of some bugs... The graphics are ok, the sounds are a little weird and atmosphere is good. The price is really cheap on this game so try it and leave a feedback for the dev! Also, the achievements are bugged!

Glad I checked this game out! I enjoyed how the game got more difficult as you progressed through the game. I was kept on my toes with the anxiety of having to complete our tasks, while juggling the temperature and breaker! Great graphics, spooky atmosphere. What a fun playthrough. I hope to see more! Gaem has motion blur off by defaltu ! Other thant this... well, it is a very rewarding expedrience. And herm, it gives ame a feeling. um , I can't kuite put a finger on it. I will just say, only play this game if you are a brave soul! it scared the heebie jeebies out of me. mty mom tells me not to usualy play these games, but uh, I showed her! hehe!. Anyway. I am probably going to prison next year depending on the court ruling. They say I probably won't get parole. Bazinga! Anyway, please dm if any furfriends want to be friends on furaffinity.
