Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

A nice WW1 strategy game with main focus on totalwar-like tactical battles. Like in no other game I played u can experience an authentic scenario of storming trenches, the impact of fortifications, new technologies and historic events. This is how warfare should be implemented in something like Victoria 3. For its price u get a good amount of entertainment, I hope for a followup with the eastern front.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 31: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.57/day in the week to Aug 11 → 1.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Thousands are dead, but I have more victory points than the Jerry's so I'm declaring victory! 8/10, perfect WW1 simulator.
It was pretty fun for the 22 hour allies campaign I completed. I don't feel that the replayability is there, unfortunately. The tech tree took too long to unlock. I finished the entire campaign, on Soldier difficulty, without really gaining access to many additions. I jumped into a skirmish battle to see if I was missing out on anything and there really doesn't seem to be much value to the highly expensive techs, such as tanks. I know there isn't a whole lot of nuance to trench warfare, and this is meant to be fairly realistic. However, I would've incentivized expanding beyond the simple artillery wipe and rush or artillery suppress and rush. Those two strategies are developed from the start, and they continue to win battles until the end. Cap one point, and flank the rest, and you win. More complex strategies aren't really necessary or encouraged. It's a little disappointing that I didn't get to unlock a majority of the tech tree, and if I did, it didn't seem that it would be particularly useful. 22 hours worth of entertaining, albeit repetitive, gameplay is worth the price tag. My game play likely won't push beyond that 22 hours though. Solid game that represents the time period fairly
Man I really wanted to like this game but I can't and its mostly an issue of controls/pathfinding. Units instead of moving through trenches will get out of then trench then getting to the trench right next to them all while under artillery fire thus dying. They are slow to start shooting if they are out of a trench, won't just walk straight etc etc. In a game where death is measured in seconds this leads to the game being far to frustrating.
need update
Feels kinda like one of those "educational" games schools make then force you to play
Could've and should've been better, especially given how barren the field is for WW1 games, but just falls flat. Enemy AI is dull and boring, the world map isn't exciting, way too easy to get ahead really fast, and while historically accurate early battles are just boring slogs. Should have been great, and there's fantastic ideas like how battlefields are persistent meaning you slowly but surely build up, but wasn't compelling enough to stick with for very long.
Excellent game, you just need to learn how the game works and all to start getting good.
