The Eerie Inn

Everyone has really nice things to say about this game. But the truth is.. it is not worth 4.99 i have played free games with more thought put in this. The graphics are worse than minecraft and unturned. The storyline only last 77 minutes. And it is EXTREMELY linear. You cannot explore anything. I can tell you how to beat this in 15 minutes tops. for real. Save your money.. this game is lame.

This game took me a little over an hour to beat. It does have a few puzzles. The safe one was the hardest for me and it had a good story line with jumps in it. Great job! 8/10

I really enjoyed this game. Kind of had an old school feel to it. The story is interesting, the ending was a bit of a surprise, but the main characthers friend is massively annoying. All she does is complain (And dosen't help you at all!! (Which is probably for the best because she does not seem overly bright either lol)) Anyway, I give this one a thumbs up. Não acredito que usei meu sábado 31 de outubro para jogar isso aqui. Tem jogo que é ruim e você sabe citar os defeitos tipo: É ruim a ambientação, mais se salva os sons ou tem parte legal. Esse é ruim em tudo, péssimo !! Jogo não tem nem sequer uma Legenda em Inglês. As bocas se mechendo são mal feitas, a história é mal feita, o ambiente mal feito, a história mal feita.. de terror, é ser game pago !! Toda maldita campanha fazendo puzzles sem sentido e no final descobrir que a porra do hotel é de traficante e deu. A gente odeia não recomendar um jogo, mais tem coisa que é impossível não avisar outros players. Zerei esta coisa, só por que comprei ele na sale de 2019 e não quis por fora o dinheiro. mais passem longe, tenham amor próprio.

You know what? Oddly enough. I like this game! I've played a lot of horror games...a lot. I'm pretty critical of horror games and believe in crafting a truly scary experience and even though this game doesn't look like much, it's got it where it counts! No spoilers! Good: -Story as a whole is a bit flimsy, but it's enough to kinda keep you engaged. There's things that don't make a ton of sense here and there like classic horror movies. Like the main character doesn't want to leave when she thinks she's in danger because she left her ID in the hotel. Right. -Jumpscares are done very well! I was thinking the game was going to be cake considering it doesn't look like much and oh boy was I wrong. It got me a few times. It's not overused just shrilly loud audio which is great! -The humor. This may be a bit unintentional, but man it's hilarious to see some ridiculous animations, people's reactions and or thought processes. It's like "The Room" where it's so bad it actually lifts the spirits a bit so technically it's good? -The voice acting is no joke pretty solid. The main characters especially are really natural sounding and the audio is good! Nothing's worse than a super crackly mic with no pop filter or when it sounds like someone is just reading a script. I was pleasantly surprised! Bad -The graphics are very laughable. I don't want to be rude, but this game is almost limited by it's assets? Technically that gives it it's humor as well, but you have to know what kind of game you're getting into. -Animations are super awkward and stiff. The game bypasses a lot of this by just having the screen fade for a moment and the character disappears. -It's super short. It's like 1-2 hours tops. I will tell you though, if you're a streamer and looking to sit back and have a laugh with a side of scares it's a nice bite sized chunk.

what an incredible gem !! i seriously cannot believe that this hasn't got more reviews. incredibly funny with some good jump scares and twists to the plot. short and to the point - it doesn't overstay its welcome. some may wince at the price, but i'm an adult and i have some money for leisure. this game earned it. there is a little jank to some of the interactions - for example, if you pick up items before you need them, you'll still need to exit the room where you're tasked to find them and come back - but this small bump in the road aside, i cannot speak highly enough of this game. the voice acting is spot-on. it's humorous without really feeling like it's trying too hard. there's a natural sense of B-horror movie schlock that is popularly sought but rarely delivered upon, and it absolutely lands here. since it came out in 2018, i can only imagine it flew under the radar before the streaming boom of the 2020s, but i hope it gets more attention - it absolutely deserves its place in the classics of cheesy horror story games. please, please, please buy this game, support these developers, and have a good time. i know i did :3
