About
The Citadel Project, the last line of defense built by the Ancient Kings in an attempt to preserve what remains of humanity in the face of the Great Storm. Unfortunately, an evil force is consuming it from within... Will you be able to navigate the nightmarish, labyrinthine architecture of this mega-structure and uncover what happened?
You are nobody, just a simple prisoner who manages to escape from a cell deep within the Citadel. With only a few tools at your disposal, you must survive and find your way through its alleys and labyrinths, now turned deadly.
You must remain silent and, above all, unseen by the many dangers lurking within the Citadel. The Citadel Project features a complex lighting system that dynamically calculates your exposure to every light source, allowing you to take advantage of every area of darkness, or even create your own using the tools at your disposal.
These infected guards and civilians are a real threat, but if you are stealthy enough, you can tear out the gangrenous growths on their backs. Be careful, don't leave bodies in plain sight, or the entire area will be alerted...
Your main tool for surviving and progressing through the Citadel is your crossbow. Various types of bolts can be found throughout your journey, each offering new possibilities. Stay hidden and extinguish torches, reach new heights with rope bolts, or eliminate threats with fire bolts, the choice is yours.
Take the time to explore your surroundings and discover useful resources such as ammunition, secret relics, and notes detailing the Citadel's history. More importantly, careful exploration may reveal new paths forward through the vast depths of the mega-structure.
