About

You are trapped inside this cabin and the only escape is through a game of cards! Use the hands you're dealt to unlock clues hidden throughout the cabin to find the exit. Just beware as the cards you play can alter the cabin around you and have environmental consequences...

Play alone or play with friends
Work together because your lives depend on it! Whether you carry or get carried, everyone's choices impact one another. It's when it comes down to the final hour do you choose to escape together, die together, or every player for themselves.
Player-designed cabin
The cabin game doesn't have a one-size map. The rooms of the cabin are laid out as the game progresses, through design of the players. Be careful how you place rooms because as certain events unfold, early game choices can have late game consequences.
You'll never not NOT be bored
Variety is endless as you never know what events will unfold... or when! The cards are randomly shuffled at the start of every game, making each hand different and every turn can yield unpredictable results!
The Boo Factory
Collect candy as currency and spend it at The Boo Factory! Customize your character, purchase items and pets for your lobby, or buy tricks 'n treats to use in game to mess with your friends!

the cabin game contains strobing and flashing lights that could cause a small percentage of people to experience seizures when exposed to certain lights, patterns, or images.

Fun game with friends, has good bones, just could use some more content in the future.
Neat premise, but the room cards and progress cards need to be in a separate draw pile. Events and evidence in their own pile. Otherwise trying to get all the rooms and all the evidence is neigh impossible. There are several UI issues and accessibility issues. Pressing "Esc" should allow you to exit whatever UI menu you are in, whether that be the pause menu, the game table, or the journal, it doesn't matter, make exiting any of those menus consistent, and make it "Esc." Monkey popcorn physics need to be more accessible, having popcorn leap away from you at mach f**k when you are trying to click it is awful- but to add insult to injury you cannot spam-click your mouse to pick it up, because the binding to catch the popcorn is the SAME BINDING as releasing the popcorn into mach f**k h3LL again. And on top of that you have to toss the popcorn into the bucket instead of just placing it, which again, see the previous run-on sentence to understand what happens when you miss. How the Knight works needs to be more clear, because currently if you are in the same room at the beginning or the end of your turn, after it moves or before, it kills you. It also should not be allowed to spawn-camp the statue room. The Jack-in-the-box balloon popping game currently does not spawn the blue balloon. It is guaranteed death it seems. Light-Switching monster is fine. The corner demon is fine. The attic is fine. Sufficiently challenging, but you still have some light to see if you need it. I haven't seen more events if there are any, but I sincerely hope they are less jank. The last game I played we had 2 evidence that pointed towards Study, Hall T 2, or Living Room. We just needed either Past Players or Tic-Tac-Toe.....BUT it was NONE OF THOSE ROOMS, and was the Furnace room for some reason so we had incorrect evidence for Painting (Game Room bleeding eyes face) and Chicken Decor (Kitchen on the cabinents facing the table). All in all, decent game, but I cannot recommend it because it still needs work on the clarity front for events, and accessibility front for both events and UI navigation.

The core concept of this game has potential, and I want to like it so badly, but it has a few glaring issues that need to be resolved before I'd be willing to recommend it to anyone. Gameplay Loop: The core issue that I have with the gameplay loop is that, despite having played a few games, I have never fully placed every room of the cabin or found all three clues. This might not seem like a lot, but because of how revealing correct clues works, you may be checking the correct clue but not have the room that it spawns in placed. It is also super frustrating getting an event card early on, after only having placed one or two rooms, and not being able to run away from the monsters since there's no space to loop them. Also, while it hasn't happened to us yet, it feels like this means that we could go through the whole game without actually placing the room that we need to escape from. I don't know if this would actually be possible, since I don't know how the RNG works, but the fact that I honestly think that it is possible is a red flag. My suggestion would be either separate the room cards out somehow, or maybe have a setup phase where you go around the table placing them till they're all down or something. Not quite sure how it would work, but it feels BAD now. Controls: For the love of all that is holy, make pressing ESC let you leave whatever menu you are currently in. I don't know why the developer did this, but if you accidentally press ESC, you get stuck in the options menu and can't leave it unless you click "return to game" as pressing ESC again doesn't do anything. How the ESC key works is standardized across games for a reason. THE MONKEY GAME: You have to click popcorn with a janky hitbox that jumps around constantly, but clicking also THROWS THE POPCORN, so you can't spamclick to pick it up. Also, you need to THROW the popcorn into the bucket that spawns, instead of just placing it in there, and half of the time it either bounced out or missed since the second the popcorn leaves your hand, it is subject to the random bounces that all the other popcorn are. Event Descriptions: The event descriptions leave a bit to be desired. Most of them are straight forward enough, but it would probably be good to be able to pull up a detailed description of each of them. Bugs: In the last game I played, we lucked into finding two of the three clues, and even managed to place all of the rooms that those clues narrowed things down to. Because we didn't find the last clue, each of us took a different possible room. We all died. Despite finding both the "creepy painting" and "chicken decor" clues, the exit room ended up being the furnace room, which was not a possible option if you had both of those clues. Again. I really wanted to like this game, and I found myself having fun at certain points, but I cannot recommend anyone else buy it, as more often than not, I just ended up frustrated.
Intéressant mais pas énormément de contenu et ça manque de traduction
This game is 90% waiting around for others to do their turns. Can't spectate the table very well or see what they're seeing until a card is played and you manually scroll around and see it on the table. What killed it for us was a bug with the Switch N Seek minigame. The ghost never spawned after we switched off all the lights and it soft locked the round when we were 40 minutes in. Have to mention the one minigame where only one person gets to do anything while everyone else just waits around was a terrible design choice for a multiplayer game.
real fun till you have all three clues and your cant get a the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ room card you need, great game if you wanna win based on luck and waste an hour
VRAIMENT TROP TROP BIEN
For a game that’s only just been released in Early Access, The Cabin Game was absolutely PEAK. 😂🔥 Me and my friends had such a good time playing this! It’s genuinely something unique, and I haven’t played a horror game quite like this in a good while. The jumpscares had my toes CURLING, and some of the scenarios had me sitting there with my heart racing and questioning every decision we made. 😭 The anxiety this game manages to create is actually insane. And the attic... 💀 That place definitely peaked my blood pressure. XD I’m really looking forward to seeing what the developers do with future updates and changes. If this is what the game is like in Early Access, I can only imagine how good it could become with more content and polish. Definitely one to keep an eye on if you enjoy horror games, especially if you have friends to suffer through it with. 😂 Absolutely worth checking out!
Really fun game with friends. A lot of the events feel overwhelming tense no matter how many times you do them which is great for maintaining the atmosphere. I am desperate for some lore in this game though. I really need to know why I keep going to this cabin in the woods to play this scary game when there's a pretty good chance I will die without any obvious reward for playing. Also, the jack in the box can go right back to hell where he came from.
Fix the game interruption per player disconnected!
The game its incredible fun, BUT PLEASE, FIX THE GAME FOR WHEN A PLAYER DISCONNECTS, GIVE IT A CHANCE TO RECONNECT!!! DO NOT MAKE US PLAY A GAME FROM 0 AGAIN JUST FOR THAT!!! SAVE THE PROGRESS OR IDK.
