It's unusual to find a puzzle game this well made and polished. The puzzles feel like they are all carefully constructed by someone who knows what makes a puzzle enjoyable, and the difficulty ramps up very smoothly. It's nice that it gives you the option to carry on to the next area with only about half the puzzles finished, in case you don't want to waste time on the easy ones, or if you are struggling with the harder ones. While the puzzles are the most important part of a game like this the graphics, sound effects and music should not be underestimated since they really contribute to the overall enjoyment. And this game has those parts down. The graphics are simply beautiful, while still being clear so that it does not get in way of solving the puzzles. The music is really lovely, it would be nice to have one or two more tracks for the sake of variation though. This is not for someone looking for an interesting story with suprprises thrown in like The Talos Principle, it is a much more straight forward set of puzzles. But when they are constructed this well, and with so many puzzles in total this is a very easy recommendation for anyone enjoying any kind of logic puzzles. Some of the best value you can get for your money if you enjoy puzzles.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Negatives ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ optimization genuinely SOME puzzles are just a guessing game with 5-8 layers deep sadly Otherwise so far has been the most enjoyable puzzle game I have ever played. I love the addition of the hint button since some very large puzzles can have easily miss-able things and this prevents me from wasting 10+min of trying out a solution that doesnt work Wish you could zoom in on some puzzles or that the colour pallet you choose stays between puzzles Also puzzle names or ID numbers shown would be good, I have a few struggles finding them even with the endgame "click shift to find them easier" beams

1225 well-crafted puzzles for 6 dollars (with discount). Cannot ask for a better deal. I had a pity for their rough start with Islands of Insights but fortunately they still move on to create a second game. This game really focus on just the puzzles and the atmosphere of a huge and mysterious skytown. It does not have a gigantic world, online co-op, cosmetics, background story like Islands of Insight but it really solves what the players need: an infinite hours of solving puzzles without interruptions, just you with the chilling music and the freedom of selecting whatever puzzle you like. This game has 28 different mechanics as the info I get because I've still not finished it yet. Tbh, not all the mechanics are fun to solve but at least the level design is good. The biggest problem you need to consider is the performance. The game sometimes crash when you start playing and fps drops drastically as the map unlocks. Still not to the point that you can't play the game but it can get annoying. I still miss the feeling of exploration that they have with Islands of Insight so I really look forward to their next game if they can bring back a real open-world puzzle game. The Artisan of Glimmith is still an amazing game at its own anyway so well done Lunarch! :)
The best puzzle game of 2026, in my opinion. The mechanics are simple and elegant, but combine in complex ways for a huge variety of interesting ideas. Around the mid-game, there are a lot of fairly easy filler puzzles that I found a bit tedious, but it becomes fun again in the endgame when the puzzles get very difficult. On the performance side, the game runs embarrassingly poorly for one with such simple graphics and mechanics. It didn't have a significant effect on my experience but could be an issue for those on older hardware.
Super good puzzles! 5/5 There are just some I dislike, mostly because I lack a good strategy to solve them :( The over-world is cozy and gives a good sensation of progress! The game became even better after the latest additions of lower-quality settings for low-end computers. Sure, some parts looks a lot crappier, but now I can at least move the mouse in menus and puzzles :D (...why was this every laggy? was the whole world rendered all the time no matter what?)
