It made me feel like Shiratama
Most people should at least give this a try, especially those into precision platformers, considering it costs less than a gallon of milk in most places. Don't expect magnificent gameplay, it's really short, the physics are a little jank, and the level design isn't insanely good. It's good enough to be an enjoyable experience though. That said, one of the major issues I had with the game was the dash, which feels unresponsive, which is kind of an issue when it's one of the game's main mechanics. The dash comes out frame 1, which would already feel tight because you're not allowed to input the direction a little after the dash button, but since it uses the directional input from the previous frame as the direction you fly in, you can't even press both the direction and the dash on the same frame, you need to make sure you're holding the direction at least 1 frame in advance before pressing dash. Doesn't sound like much, but it's very unintuitive for a precision platformer. Another issue is that you can't rebind your controls, so if you're playing on keyboard and don't wanna use external software to change your controls, have fun jumping with space, dashing with shift, and climbing with Q.
Stupid key bindings, weird physics, very limited content but suspiciously large file size. This game can't be considered good even when compared to the free fangames on delicious-fruit.com.
Pretty cute miniature precision platformer. If you're seeing this review you're probably a fan of IWBTG fangames, and it's worth buying to support cool members of the eastern community. The engine is different from the usual standard and it makes some jumps really interesting to pull off, especially in conjunction with the dash. The extra needle stage included is a fun challenge that will have you looking for new ways to pull off cliche jumps because of the differing physics and hitbox. I'd love to see a longer release with this same physics engine and more levels and gimmicks. I believe this game is a good starting point, and is worth the small price point, but I see a lot of potential for an even greater game at a higher price point.
I've got pc-filtered lmao
Feels a bit too much like an experimental tech demo than a full-fleshed game at the moment. The playtime ends up being rather short, and a lot of movements feel too awkward especially in the needle mode.
banal level design cant rebind control weird collision less content need holding hold arrow key a long time before pressing dash didnt translate game name? its could be better, but havent
キーボードでやってみたけど難しい💦 出来たら楽しいと思うけどまだまだ難しいです。。
It's a really smotth platformer, albeit fairly short if you are good at hard stuff, but nonetheless, i had a fun time
冲着carnival买的,但是真的不适应这个键位和复杂的爬墙,玩不来玩不来,如果能改键位就更好了,给carnival一个好评吧
