About
Tennis Elbow 4 is the successor to Tennis Elbow 2013, acclaimed by many Steam reviewers as one of the most realistic tennis simulations ever made.
TE4 pushes the realism of tennis rallies even further with fully reworked ball, strike and player physics. The game is built around anticipation, positioning, player inertia, shot selection and risk management, while still letting you start playing quickly with the right assists and difficulty settings.
Created by and for tennis fans, Tennis Elbow 4 is a deep tennis simulation that can be enjoyed at many levels. You can play casually with helpers such as Auto-Positioning, Footwork Boost and Aiming Preview, or progressively turn them down to experience a more demanding and precise game.
Like real tennis, TE4 rewards players who learn to read the ball, prepare early, position themselves properly and choose the right shot under pressure. The basics can click quickly, but mastering the rallies, timing and movement gives the game its long-term depth.
To beat your opponent, you can use all the main shots available on a real court: safe strikes, accelerations, topspin shots, slices, drop shots, lobs, volleys and smashes. Cross-court rallies, changes of rhythm, defensive play and risky winners all emerge naturally from the physics and the tactical situation.
With many difficulty levels and sublevels, Tennis Elbow 4 lets you tune the challenge very precisely. Lower levels and assists are ideal to learn the controls and enjoy the career at your own rhythm, while higher levels bring the pace, pressure and consistency closer to professional tennis.
Tennis Elbow 4 features one of the most complete World Tours ever made in a tennis game. With over 3500 players evolving across several decades and more than 400 tournaments each year, from low-rank Junior events to top-level Pro finals, in both singles and doubles, you can experience the long-term progression of a real tennis career.
The Tennis Elbow engine is also very open to modding, with many Mods directly downloadable from within the game. Mods can add or improve players, outfits, courts, sounds and many other elements, letting the community push the game even further.
Tennis Elbow 4 is made for players who want deep rallies, realistic ball physics, meaningful positioning and a true learning curve.
Features:
9 different court surfaces : clay, green clay, grass, hard, blue-green hard, classic synthetic, NewLine synthetic, indoor hard and indoor synthetic; each with a specific rebound

Warnings for the Online mode :
You can play doubles with 4 human players on 1 computer, or on 2 computers with 2 players on each, via LAN or Internet — but not on four separate computers.
Online play uses peer-to-peer (P2P) connections with no relay server. This means that if you're behind CGNAT, or if you cannot forward a UDP port or use UPnP on your Internet router, you won’t be able to host a match. You should still be able to join a host, though.

Reviews
Only have around 5 hours so far, but ive played Full ace, Top spin, now this. TE4 is by far the best tennis game . Especially when you start downloading the mods. Just amazing. You actually feel like you have to play the correct shots, and super satisfying to win points. If you are a tennis fan, just get this.
A great tennis game, even for a casual tennis fan! Difficulty scales very well, and you can set it at the level that you feel more confortable with! Very fun!

This and every other Pro feature is free until October 20, 2026. A free account is all it takes.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Beste Tennissimulation, die ich bisher gespielt habe. Grafik mag nicht die allerbeste sein, dafür ist das Gameplay exzellent. Guter Mod-Support.
I absolutely love this game! addicted
Le jeu est très addictif, le game play est très agréable, facile d'accès. Je ne regrette pas du tout l achat. C'est excellent.
Best Tennis Game ever...
just to best tennis game in the world. you have everything. all atp wta tour players (I mean not only recent times but full open era) all wta atp tournaments, olympics, davis cup. you can play career mode in every era of tennis. for example I played with alcaraz in 2011. and I lost to ao open djokovic (a bit realistic I guess lol) But there is one problem. Online system is not very good (or I dont understand it). the mechanics are different from other tennis games. top spin 2k25 focuses on your timing on ball. this game does not care this it only care your decision of shots and your footwork (also direction is very sensitive if you play in elite controls ). if you cant position yourself properly your ball goes out. (in arcade controls this is not always correct and your balls are mostly in) besides online system and graphics (if you care, I dont care) this is by far the best tennis game ever. and its indie..
GOAT tennis game with a great skill ceiling
