About
Tennis Elbow 4 is the successor to Tennis Elbow 2013, acclaimed by many Steam reviewers as one of the most realistic tennis simulations ever made.
TE4 pushes the realism of tennis rallies even further with fully reworked ball, strike and player physics. The game is built around anticipation, positioning, player inertia, shot selection and risk management, while still letting you start playing quickly with the right assists and difficulty settings.
Created by and for tennis fans, Tennis Elbow 4 is a deep tennis simulation that can be enjoyed at many levels. You can play casually with helpers such as Auto-Positioning, Footwork Boost and Aiming Preview, or progressively turn them down to experience a more demanding and precise game.
Like real tennis, TE4 rewards players who learn to read the ball, prepare early, position themselves properly and choose the right shot under pressure. The basics can click quickly, but mastering the rallies, timing and movement gives the game its long-term depth.
To beat your opponent, you can use all the main shots available on a real court: safe strikes, accelerations, topspin shots, slices, drop shots, lobs, volleys and smashes. Cross-court rallies, changes of rhythm, defensive play and risky winners all emerge naturally from the physics and the tactical situation.
With many difficulty levels and sublevels, Tennis Elbow 4 lets you tune the challenge very precisely. Lower levels and assists are ideal to learn the controls and enjoy the career at your own rhythm, while higher levels bring the pace, pressure and consistency closer to professional tennis.
Tennis Elbow 4 features one of the most complete World Tours ever made in a tennis game. With over 3500 players evolving across several decades and more than 400 tournaments each year, from low-rank Junior events to top-level Pro finals, in both singles and doubles, you can experience the long-term progression of a real tennis career.
The Tennis Elbow engine is also very open to modding, with many Mods directly downloadable from within the game. Mods can add or improve players, outfits, courts, sounds and many other elements, letting the community push the game even further.
Tennis Elbow 4 is made for players who want deep rallies, realistic ball physics, meaningful positioning and a true learning curve.
Features:
9 different court surfaces : clay, green clay, grass, hard, blue-green hard, classic synthetic, NewLine synthetic, indoor hard and indoor synthetic; each with a specific rebound

Warnings for the Online mode :
You can play doubles with 4 human players on 1 computer, or on 2 computers with 2 players on each, via LAN or Internet — but not on four separate computers.
Online play uses peer-to-peer (P2P) connections with no relay server. This means that if you're behind CGNAT, or if you cannot forward a UDP port or use UPnP on your Internet router, you won’t be able to host a match. You should still be able to join a host, though.
Sums Steam only; PlayStation, Xbox publish no volume signal, so the true total is higher by an unknown amount.

Reviews
Very good gameplay and realistic ball feeling and physics. The best tennis game that keeps getting better with regular updates. If the developer adds in the future motion capture to improve animations, this game will be light years away from the competition.
good
Ce jeu de tennis est top ! Je suis loin d'être un spécialiste du tennis, mais c'est vraiment fun. La physique est sympa, les jauges de soufles, de stress etc... rajoute vraiment ce côté simulation et immersif, c'est sympa.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Muchachos!!!
Greatest tennis sim!! Im still learning, but i love the feeling of it. It has a steep learning curve, but if you want a nice simulation which feels real in the movement, hitting the ball and with the serve - you want that game over topspin. World tour mode feels great and with the difficulty having a sub-level regulator you can progress and develop your character without being stepped on like a bug. At your pace. And if you pull up the difficulty and make those points, hit those aces, WIN those tournaments - oh boy it feels nice. Another good thing is the possibility of using mods to further adapt and configurate your game. Only "con" i can give the game is the graphics, its not really up to date, but like someone else said in another review - you dont see much of it anyways besides the back of the head.
I've played sport simulation games for more than a decade, and Tennis Elbow 4 stands above all of them (in both playtime and fun) due to its intuitive gameplay and amazing Career Mode as any real player in the history of ATP/WTA. Criminally underplayed, I would recommend this game to all sport gamers.
After 800 hours in this game, let me tell you, this is the most realistic tennis game out there. The World Tour mode is fantastic and very easy to tweak if you don't like something. The player base can sometimes be inaccurate since it's community-generated, but the top 100 is almost always accurate. The controls are very intuitive and easy to learn (well, sort of), and the AI difficulty selection system is great. The multiplayer is very active, even though it might not seem like it at first glance. I like to compare it to a small town. There are high-level online tournaments, and everyone is friendly. The modders also do a great job every year. And while the graphics aren't exactly the game's strongest point, they're fine for a game where you almost never see the players' faces. The new movement animations are very natural, and they're being refined even further. To conclude my review, I highly recommend playing it, and dedicating some time to it (because it's necessary to play it well).
arcade o realista como te pinte esta buenisimo
This game is exceptionally well made and full of content. Just be aware that the learning curve is steep, especially if you're a casual player. Still, that's the price you pay for gameplay that's this deep and satisfying.
Unico gioco di tennis sul mercato veramente simultativo.
