Welcome to Team Principal: A Racing Manager. Initially a passion project, this game has become much more for me. It is a completely customizable grand prix/motorsport manager game, with a simplistic top down 2d race view. Most of the game is in the in-depth management aspect. Some key features include:
- An ever-changing grid: Teams & engines can leave, go bankrupt, join, rebrand, get bought out, fluctuate season to season. No two seasons will ever be the same, with a virtually limitless grid size.
- Simplistic, yet in-depth race simulation complete with customizable temperature, weather, dirty air, tire wear, fuel consumption, safety cars, mechanical wear, and realistic results, with both simulated and non-simulated options available.
- In-Depth finance system with stock, ownership, and ability to purchase stakes in rivals.
- Completely in-depth academy pipe-line system with ability to pay to assign your rookie drivers in junior series teams, have them test for you, learn the ropes in rival junior teams you own, and eventually promote them to your team.
- In-depth regulatory system that can change the environment of the game season to season.
- In-depth negotiation system for tyres, parts, sponsorship, works engines, customer engines, and drivers.
- Ability to build and sell your own engines through an engine plant, or partner with an existing engine supplier.
- Extremely intelligent AI who are truly difficult to beat.
- Fully fleshed out car attributes, driver attributes, staff attributes, headquarters, etc.
- In-depth chassis, aero, engine, and tyre development.
This game aims to be a simplistic, yet fully customizable racing management sandbox experience for racing in every era, with almost every aspect of the game able to be edited and changed. Team names, performance, dirty air, tire model, points model, anything one can think of can be edited to your liking.
This game is in active development & will receive extremely frequently updates. Please join the game's discord server, wherein I will share future plans, update timelines, provide bug support, as well as the track editor. This game is extremely mod friendly, and an open canvas for any situations one wishes to develop.

Rough around the edges but overall a very in depth, solid management game with many differing gameplay elements (Pre-season tests, engine and tyre manufacturer contracts, etc.) that add together to create a decent gameplay experience.
It's similar to RTW3 in that its a pretty rich excel simulator with no ui, tooltips or help. May be a bit too clunky for a casual player but has potential to improve in that direction. It's alright for the price.
If you liked Grand Prix World, you will like this. You can tell its a passion project as there's so much attention to detail which I love. The only negatives for me is the navigation around the menus and the race screen. I struggle to see where my cars are on the track and in the standings. It would be nice to have them highlighted. Looking forward to v1.
He jugado a muchos juegos manager de motorsport y creo que este es el mejor juego que he jugado de largo. Ha captado perfectamente la esencia de lo que és un juego de gestión. Creo que aun quedan cosas por pulir, pero tiene un gran potencial y por las actualizaciones que se ha estado haciendo recientemente, el desarrollador le dedica mucho cariño y talento. Gracias y bravo por el trabajo realizado!
Best F1 management game right now.
One of the most detailed racing management games, despite being in early access you can already play for many many hours. Needs some UI/UIX work but for a fan of the genre, it's the best that is out there.
Good for that Price
There might be a great management game in there somewhere, but it's buried under a lot of work that has to happen. As it is, it's full of Claudeisms with a general feeling of being not very well made. Blurry text, inconsistent and inadequate design, weirdly clunky navigation, no sound whatsoever... hopefully I will remember to check again in 2030
Ich habe das Spiel kurz angespielt. Mein erster Eindruck ist hervorragend. Die Möglichkeit, praktisch alle Details anzupassen (auch während eines laufenden Spiels) finde ich grossartig. So kann ich mein F1-Universum stetig anpassen, wie es mir gefällt. Das Spiel hat ein unglaubliches Potenzial. Der Entwickler ist sehr aktiv. Ich erwarte hier eine sehr positive Entwicklung. Mit den vorhandenen Mods macht das Spiel übrigens noch viel mehr Spass.
For a management game in early development, it already offers a rich experience when you consider this is being developed by one person. There are a few bugs at the moment but the developer is quick to address and release patches. The discord server is a must join if you purchase this game. Easy to make mods and there are more being made available every day. Runs on my work laptop at the moment so i wouldn't worry about what specs you have.
