-better weapons are cash only. -you can only upgrade the weapons with cash, even the credit ones. - bunch of implants/powerups, some of them cash only. not like you can afford the credit ones. - YOU CAN PAY TO JOIN A LOW LVL LOBBY and farm beginners. worst p2w model ever
This game is what I like to call, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ terrible. It COULD have sold itself as a cool MOBA style tacticle shooter, but it isnt, its a spammy mess full of P2W badness that I refuse to ever pick up again.

This is not a game i will ever play again, choppy graphics, bad gameplay, and overall bad connection errors make this hunk of junk, thrown together piece of crap the only game i will ever thumbs down.

TDP5 Arena 3D is a side scrolling, arena, team-based FPS with a bit of potential, but way too many issues. Also, it's a browser game. First of all, the camera is attrocious. The "aiming" function changes the camera view to a 1st person point of view... In a pretty much 2D world... It's not pretty. The music is obnoxious and loud, the sound effects sounds like they have been imported from an old floppy disk. There's only 1 server and it's located in Europe. Barely any players were actually playing the game at the time of writting this review. 52 players were online, in fact. Is it fun? Yes, for a little while... But it's clunky and Pay to Win, it's got too many issues, I cannot recommend this game.
Whoever thought a side-scrolling multiplayer shooting game where the camera jumps around whenever it feels like was a good idea was wrong. But don't worry! You can go into 3rd person by holding the right mouse button. You can't turn around, you have to go back into the side-scrolling view, switch the other way, then hold the right mouse button again. The starting guns are like if you strapped a bb gun to a snake and told it to shoot people. The weapons are so innacurate and do next to no damage. The draaw distance is so low that when you actually see someone, you die because your gun shoots bubbles and theirs shoots lasers.
The music in this game is good. I feel like I have heard it somewhere else before which kinda makes me wonder if it has been pirated. I got to listen to it for about 2 minutes before some Russian kid got on screaming I assume about dying in the game. When he wasn't babbling about who knows what he was just breathing into his mic. Whenever someone is pressing the talk key the whole game gets quiet (shooting, music, footsteps, etc.) which got really annoying because you can't mute people. I really like the idea of this game but the finished product is a fail in many different areas. The third person is horrible when you want to look behind you, you have you spin like 170 degrees with your mouse to get it to flip directions. It just doesn't feel smooth. Your crosshair stays locked horizontally when you are in third person and if you are used to normal fps then this gets very awkward for you as the crosshair feels like it is slightly off to the right of where it should be so you keep trying to counter for that but, it doesn't move. The accuracy is pretty bad. I got pretty good at crouching when shooting but even still the accuracy is very unrealistic. Really loved the idea but, this is just a browser shooter and shouldn't be on steam. 3/10
This game was very fun years ago back when I was a kid, used to play it on Facebook, aww the memories
