Except for not taking into account the reversed cards properly, it seems to function pretty well.

As a card reader myself, I thought it would be fun and interesting to give this a go. Unfortunately, I can't really see how someone without their own knowledge of the cards would be able to interpret a reading. For one, some of the card meanings are off (ex. 2 of Swords has never meant "affection" or "sensuality" according to any reader I've ever listened to!) Also "dumbness" for the High Priestess ... please realize that is not to do with intelligence when you read that, the card often talks of someone not speaking/holding their silence/keeping their secrets (in the old days, someone who could not talk was called "dumb"... but this should really be updated to modern language.) Also, this app seems to be trying to use the concept of "essential dignities" as related to the cards, it might be a system in use by some but I haven't ever used that myself and I don't think it would be of much use to someone who does not read cards and is trying to interpret readings in this app... I think it was a nice idea to try to put together an app for people who can't afford readings and who don't read cards themselves but you aren't really going to get a good reading from this app. My advice: either seek out a reader OR learn how to read yourself (be prepared for the kind of commitment that will require.) I read on various things and it's a humbling and awe-inspiring experience. I've even read in the past on gaming questions like one gaming friend who would ask me to read on how her RBG was going to go that evening... she said my cards were always right. lol Just be careful who you call on as your source if you read, myself, I only direct my enquiries to the Creator and my answers have been astounding in their clarity at times. Card reading is better than therapy in my humble opinion, it's been an excellent way for me to process trauma. Ok last note, the music would not turn off in this app, that was a problem because it was driving me crazy!
