Well thought out combat and mechanics. Good but slow combat with thoughtful map design. Story is fairly decent but the translation can be rough in areas. If you are here for spicy content, you should look elsewhere. It has some spice but nothing that would wow you and almost all of it is non-consensual. Definitely worth the 60% discounted price ($3.99)

Good if you came for a real game. I think it deserves more attention over some of the other games they have made. If you want a solid strategy game with the bonus of some nice scenes then this is worth the price. If you come mainly for H content then it's not worth the price. Wait for sale. Though you might want to wait for a sale regardless if you worry about the flaws of the game. But I really did enjoy this both as a game and for the scenes. Almost all the scenes are either tentacles or not consensual. I personally like the art but the art does feel a bit stiff, some character anatomy (especially face) looks a bit off and there's no animation. Keep in mind that this is a SLOW paced strategy game because of how many units you have to control. This game doesn't leave you completely alone in the dark but it also doesn't hold your hand too much either. It will feel brutal if you just try placing and attacking with random units. Even so, it feels like the right balance for casual play while still allowing deep strategy. Definitely would be nice to have more scenes but it's enough for me personally to enjoy. It'll probably take around 10 or so hours to finish the chapter and unlock all the scenes. Sometimes I like costumes but here, most of them are whatever. This game definitely has it's fair share of flaws... - The translation can be a bit messy and some sections are straight up not translated (mostly post h content). - Certain enemies are broken and don't get any moves. Technically this isn't a bad thing... besides the fact it ruins the difficulty of one of the fights a bit. Realistically it doesn't matter that much with proper spacing and healing... but still it felt cheap and I couldn't figure out how to fix them. - The game also has a few bugs and ends up crashing with certain moves and I'm still unsure what caused it because at first they worked. Luckily it saves every turn and the game has an "interruption" feature that loads the turn autosaved before it crashed. Still it can cut down the level of strategy when you are unable to use certain moves (without crashing error) which is a bit disappointing. It's very much fire emblem but with some h scenes. Hard for me to find games that scratch that itch because I have no Nintendo consoles. So maybe I'm biased in recommending this idk. There are 4 difficulties which is great to allow people who just want to skip to the scenes. Hard and below don't require grinding if you play very well but it can get tight. (F4 for full screen, Hold x to skip dialogue/speedup, most scenes require you to either skip turns or let a character fall) Abusing enemies ranges and limiting other unit's mobility effectively leads to there being a lot of strategy to this game. Your placement of units can singlehandedly make you win or lose. Since not everything is 100% hit ratio, It also means sometimes you are incentivized to take risks to gain the upper hand despite what could go wrong. There are also classes you can pick which adds a ton of flexibility in strategy. There are quite a few interactions with classes and certain races/elements do have very important interactions. The races matter a ton but it usually just becomes "keep the president (werewolf) safe". Element matchups matter less and are easier to control since it's dependent on weapon. It's not always easy to notice but the combination of all these interactions can really add up. I imagine the game can be really hard if you don't pay very close attention to the details. And the game doesn't go out of it's way to warn you of them. There's probably more to say but the main thing is that this game gives you enough in terms of how much you spent for the gameplay. you get a decent amount of replayability with difficulty which allows you to try out different stuff but the average person probably isn't going to play it more than once through. So around the time I had at this review or less likely. I've spent less time on more expensive games tbh. (SPOILERS TERRITORY I guess? if you care) Finally, I actually want to talk a bit about the story. I'm not really the person you come to for good analysis on writing... I can tell it's not fleshed out as much as it could be. It's good enough for what it needs to be. You don't really feel the weight of lane's character development half because it's due to circumstances and half because it feels like it glosses over his past. but regardless, it sure was interesting how lane's sex changing came into play. The setting in particular makes this a really interesting point of the story to me. With gender roles being much more firm and then the fact they literally pass gay marriage. Truly unexpected. Men turning into women is often quite romanticized. Yet ironically this game of all games, it doesn't feel like it leans into that (I mean he has scenes, it just feels like it has a purpose in giving him more perspective towards his past misogynistic views). He frequently references how often he wants to physically return to being a man. It doesn't feel like within the non-consent scenes or outside of them that lane "accepts change" (ah man I can't wait to eat my words when I get to the end). I feel like a lot of these types of sex change stories end in a very fetishized way. There's nothing wrong with enjoying this or that but I'm moreso saying just from a story perspective it interests me more. Again yes, it's largely due to the setting and needing to be seen as a powerful man with the respect to control his nation. In his scene with berry, he clearly cares more and is gentle compared to what we heard about him in the past. He shows some sort of regret and clearly has changed when it comes to the marriage stuff too but it does admittedly feel a bit forced. I can't say whether this is well written but it certainty is an interesting concept with alright execution in some cases. Outside of that despite all the dialogue it's hard to really get an idea of the characters. it mostly feels like very surface level stuff and that's all it needs to be anyways. The everyone wants him and they don't really care about anything else type of trope that's kinda whatever. I will update this when I finish the whole game assuming it includes a resolution to lane's story because I do wonder if these things get brought up more and how exactly things will end. I don't have high expectations for them but I still thought it was just a neat thing.

The art is a little weird... but this is one of my favorite patch-games this month. Lots of good story, scenes mid battle are good. Controller support is good, but you can't use the D-pad... for that use a Steam Input mapping. Select fast forwards and Start skips scene. My main pet peeve is, I thought this was an H game, it's actually a hard turn based battle game with 12 scenes. You'll have surprise enemies showing up out of nowhere... it's beatable on the first try, but there will be casualties. Really fun H game that deserves 100x more attention. --- After you beat Chapter 1 (Lane 1), don't bother with the Vella-Cloe timeline. It's going to take 10 hours of hard battles to finish up to Ch36... just make sure you lose every battle and never rescue the girls in the given time to get all the scenes. Vella-Cloe BJ and Lane R scenes were the best. There are only 12 scenes and there are absolutely no more scenes after the Lane 1 part of the game, it will unlock anything you missed, but you probably didn't miss much.

Bad game is bad. 3/10 Combat is infuriating and slow. If you make mistake, you get game over and restart. Walls of text between battles. I need another cup of tea, because this was not mine.

Обучения как такового нет, перевод на английский с встречающимися иероглифами, чо делать и чо происходит не понятно, характеристики не описаны. С другой стороны, прикольная тактика с различными классами персонажей и возможностью их изменения под надобности миссии и огромный список скиллов. Анимаций нет, есть картинки с "грязными" описаниями, хотя есть и не состыковочки, почему когда мою СвордМайден запинали какие то бомжи, она оказалась в вампирском логове с развратными тентаклями? В общем по скидке самое оно, за полную стоимость, ну такое.
