Take a Walk

This game is pretty good. A nice relaxing walking sim. I've spent most of my time playing the new chapter of pp but I'm escaping to this when I need to cool down. The sounds the colors the sky, everything is the perfect combination of relaxation Also, autowalk is clutch , whoever came up with that deserves a raise

[h3]Relaxing[/h3] Most, relaxing or just chilling games, take themselves far too seriously. Wandering Fox creates gentle curiosity to explore for children and adults alike. This is just a short walk, which gets as long and slow as you want it to be or more of a quick meander. It does both pretty well, but it does soundscape and visual peace better than any other game I played this year. [h3]Children[/h3] ...will enjoy finding all the foxes, but also finding all the special spots and some fun things. Fun things that are just there for the fun of it all. It really is just for fun, and that is what helps to make this a very chilling-time type game to just slow you down. Children will enjoy using the "run" mode, and some will enjoy the auto-walk mode, there is literally something here for everyone, cannot recommend enough. I found myself wanting to take loads of screenshots, every level adds something to change mood subtly. Nice Walking Sim. Nice graphic. Easyish Achievements, 100% / 10h. Beating the game takes around 1-2h, to find all targets. Then you have to idle. until 10h is full.

Take a Walk is a breath of fresh air in the gaming world! It's not about high scores, frantic action, or complex storylines. Instead, it's a beautifully crafted experience that encourages you to slow down and appreciate the simple joys of exploration. Each environment is thoughtfully designed, filled with little details that reward curiosity. I found myself constantly pausing just to admire the scenery, whether it was a forest path or a misty meadow. I highly recommend it!

Небольшой симулятор ходьбы со сбором "тотемов" и нахождением экзотических обитателей на имеющихся четырех картах. Найти тотемы не составляет труда - их видно на мини-карте (V) и слышно, когда они находятся рядом (они издают характерный звон). В целом это - довольно приятный вариант побродить по лесу/пляжу/заснеженным холмам с довольно симпатичными видами. Местами даже бегают небольшие зверюшки - кролики/крабы/лисы. На карте Aurora (самой маленькой к слову) есть еще и возможность посмотреть за северным сиянием. Из минусов могу отметить то, что по воде (за исключением моря карты острова) можно спокойно ходить и бегающие по воде кролики смотрятся довольно странно... Есть также странный момент со звуком или точнее пением птиц - такое ощущение, что просто местами стоит невидимый магнитофон с записью или ретранслятор, поскольку идет жесткая привязка к месту. Но это касается именно звуков птиц - в остальном звуки довольно приличные, включая шелест листьев, ветер и прочее. Ну и мне не понравились местами совершенно не к месту стоящие унитазы...к примеру в песочном замке. К счастью таких мест всего пара и они не особо заметны. В целом, если есть желание просто полюбоваться видами в качестве отдыха или побродить по дорожкам, когда такой возможности нет в реальной жизни, игра вполне может это устроить.

Mannnnnnnnnnnn I put this on my extra screen at work and just toggled auto walk. I think I cycled 3 or 4 day/night cycles. I didnt really look for any totems, i got one but really this was perfect for just putting on and relaxing while knocking out some work. If you need a calming backdrop to your day, give this one a try!

I tried Take a Walk not knowing what to expect because I get easily motion sick. The settings help in making the game a great way to relax. Thanks to the headbobbing option that i could turn on and off I was able to freely enjoy the experience. The maps are wide and peaceful and each one of the animals or special caracters you meet make of this game a nice alone time where you don't feel lonely. The MONKEY scared me tho... Anyway, a nice place to calm down and relax.

It's a fun game, especially if you're just wanting to play something that's relaxing.
