An absolute treasure! Tadpole Treble is a brilliant labour of love. The detail that went into this just blows me away! The soundtrack is cracked and you can make your own levels with your own bops after you play through the short but sweet story. Gameplay feels like a mix of dodge'em with some rhythm elements. It felt natural enough to get the hang of and didn't overstay its welcome. I will say the inconsistency between all the fonts felt more patchwork than polish but the art of everything else distracted from that glare quite a bit. It's just a good game I think! :)
Simple but unusually engaging music game. The worst part about it was how short it was! (And it's not that short, just that addictive.)
This melodic adventure is rhythmically delightful and creatively fun! Hop through tunes with catchy beats , adorable characters, and joyful challenges. A harmonious joy for music lovers! 🐸
Aggressively cute and charming. Short and sweet, doesn't overstay its welcome, but is really deceptively challenging at times. Wish every level was as good as Midnight Bayou and Thunder Creek, but I literally got this for half the price of a Bang energy drink at Wawa so I'm not gonna complain. Readability is sometimes difficult and Piranha Jungle had me swearing like a sailor but other than that this is a lovely little game, would like to see another like it.
loved it, im so happy my gf gave it to me
Fun little musical game with some unique challenges. There aren't many games like this out there.
This game combines that infectious creator's enthusiasm with some actual meaty design that's leap and bounds ahead of what I expected from such a fresh faced developer. I absolutely recommend giving this game a go, as it is downright refreshing to play and well worth the money.
Pretty sure I was the single person on the entirety of Steam playing this game recently. Extremely short and lacks the extra content from the Switch port, but the game is extremly cute and has incentive for completionists to stick around. Also the soundtrack is pretty great, but that is good cause this is a music based game afterall.
8/10 Game for me, it lost two points for having the worst difficulty spike I've played and/or heard of. If you hated Piranhas, Piranha Jungle will be your worst nightmare for a plethora of reasons that I won't go into...Except the insta-death that happens at the end if you don't knock down enough fruits for the piranhas, causing you to start the level over. Everything else slaps.
Short, but very fun. Everyone should give this game a shot if you like rhythm games.
