I've tried off an on for years and cannot get the game to work. It says it cannot connect to server and then blames a bunch of things that could be on my PC but are not or are turned completely off.
This is the definition of a take your money and run game. Beware of any future games from these games that they dont try the same trick.

The Tactical Genius is very complicated movement, but easy after play about an hour. And I usually use three typical heroes only for battle rather one typical mage about three unit, one typical range about one unit and other tipycal knight about one unit, so the battle that took place half an hour againts PPL is quit good time. I just can get enough to play again tommorow.
Игра действительно для людей обладающих тактикой.
nice game !
Great game. Sometimes it's a true nailbiter. Especially, when your opponent finds a sequence, you didn't think of. Sometimes it's about reading the opponent's plans, sometimes it's simply down to luck, as you have to choose between two equally likely moves and have to guess, which one your opponent will choose to counter accordingly. Nice game. Played several times and like it. I would like to see more race and unit types (though one that they have now seems well balanced to me). I hope new unit`s types wouldn't ruin that. Also would be glad to see new terrain types and biomes. And of course bigger maps ;) If you ever played Battle for Wesnoth or similar games, you would definitely like that game also. One other thing that distinct that game from the others, is possibility of simultaneous moves. Haven't seen that in any other games. That dramatically increases the game speed and forces you to anticipate opponents tactics. This game worth its money.
Growing up on games like Shining Force, I found the premise to be promising. It was as expected. The Dynamics were simple, but the game was deep enough to allow content. Unfortunately, after being signed in for what Steam tells me is a total of 21 hours...I've found maybe four matches. There aren't enough players. In fact, a friend and I did a test while I was waiting in queue. He admitted himself to queue, and the game instantly connected us. Showing that there were in fact, no other players. Excellent start to a game, but it's dead and the AI grind isn't deep enough for me to stick around.
Can't say I recommend it. The idea of all units moving at once, the premise of the game, is interesting, but the UI, tutorial, and general lore all seem clunky and derivative. It's free, so of course you don't have much to lose by trying it, but I wouldn't bother.
