TLDR: Short and neat
Pros - Very cool gimmick! - The first time I did it was was like “where am I supposed to go-WOOOOAAHHH” Neutral - I typically don't get motion sickness from flat games, but this one did tug on my gut a bit - Being able to adjust FOV helped, yay for that Cons - The puzzles are kinda all over for difficulty - Some are super easy, some are obtuse - It was usually an “Oh :/ I see” and not and “Oh! :D I seeee!!!!” when I solved them
Good game, and free of charge. A puzzle/walking simulation with a story set in 4 areas, my review is about the first 2 areas. The first area is an apartment building, player needs to set the right time according to event times found in notes for clock/alarms to unlock doors. The concept is not new but devs added interesting elements like mirror rooms, puzzles inside puzzles like you need to set the time of 3 clocks correctly in order to reach the final room. In the last room it looks like time is distorted and the space is twisted, clock hands floating in the air and the floor leads to the ceiling and you can walk on walls. Once out of the apartment, the next area is a library with floating floors and moveable platforms like it is in Hogwarts. If the core in the apartment is to set the time correctly, then in the library it is about finding specific books and trigger buttons in a much complicated and layered maze. With the spiral stairs going like roller coasters and tall but narrow bookshelf mazes, I was destined to lose my way and started to feel woozy. This maze instantly brought back my memory of how I hated the giant camel dungeon in Zelda: Breath of the Wild, a frustrating experience that I gave up the game. Syke does not have that huge of the maze but in fear I quit before the maze became a nightmare. In my 1 hour gameplay I had fun, I only wish there's hints, or a button to skip some puzzles or just let player go to the next area when they were stuck. Nevertheless, Syke is a good game and worth 2 hours. My curator page

Jak na darmową grę, całkiem fajna. Na niższych detalach nie ma v-synca i trzeba go sobie samemu włączyć np. w nvidia panel.
I couldn't get into the whole vibe of this game, bummer I waited too long to try it and can't return it. I really like walking simulators and puzzle games, but I thought this was boring as both. The weird MC Escher visuals were neat, but didn't really have anything to do with anything. The puzzles that I saw were just walking from one location, getting a number, and entering it somewhere else, over-and-over again. The story was a pretty basic depressing story about a couple getting a divorce, and I did not care at all what the notes were saying, I quickly started immediately picking out the numbers in them to move on. This is when I realized I was not enjoying the game, and shut it off.
A bit empty and boring gameplay-wise, but super fun to walk around. This should be a concept. I could have more games using that kind of world shapes.
Nice concept but gave me motion sickness. After completing the library section, I returned to the hub and, passing by the library again, saw that the door was open and went inside. Realizing I couldn't go back and all my progress in the library had been reset, I uninstalled the game.
Story rich walking sim. i loved this game
I've never really played puzzle games, and as my first one it was really fun, the atmosphere was enyojable. The puzzles were not too hard, but still possessed a certain degree of difficulty.
5 min in i was lose
