Warning: AI Slop This product is partially or completely made with talentless, soulless AI generated content.
Sweetie Candy Maze: Violet Plum is yet another construction kit template copy+paste from serial shovelware pushers, Cute Hannah's Games. These guys do nothing but copy premade game templates and game tutorials, fill out a few things/stamp out basic levels using the construction kit templates, slap on an asset flipped set of sprites/assets, and dump them on Steam and into cheap nasty shovelware game bundles as cash grabs. Trying to get paid for someone else's game templates, assets... at best, this is shovelware, at worst, it's a scam/cash grab. This is another "fake game", the Russian developer used Clickteam Fusion to generate a bunch of random mazes filled with insulting AI slop, rushed it onto Steam Direct to scam gamers out of a few roubles, and of course sell keys in bulk to crapware game bundles. At no point was this intended to be a real game, it's just absolutely zero effort minimum viable product... just enough to get onto Steam Direct. Obviously this garbage has no value for gamers as a real game, and the Russian developer behind this who goes by a number of different shell accounts to hide his identity is just polluting Steam with an absolute deluge of these empty, fake games. Here's some of the accounts this guy is using to spam Steam with crap:

Cute Hannah's Games
Blender Games
Quantum Quiver Games
Green Goose Corporation
My Label Games
Under these shell accounts, the developer has polluted Steam with literally hundreds of AI Slop/asset flips and other none game garbage just like this. All stamped out with ClickTeam Fusion with AI slop/procedurally generated levels. Why is this good for gamers? It's not! To hammer down the point I'm making about this game, why it's pollution, take a look at this list of games published by some of those fake accounts:

aMAZE
aMAZE 2
aMAZE ABC
aMAZE Christmas
aMAZE Classic
aMAZE Classic: Inverted
aMAZE Dark Times
aMAZE Double
aMAZE Easter
aMAZE Frozen
aMAZE Gears
aMAZE Gears 2
aMAZE Gears 3
aMAZE Halloween
aMAZE Lunar
aMAZE St.Patrick
aMAZE Untouchable
aMAZE Valentine
aMAZE ZER0
Maze Art: Black
Maze Art: Blue
Maze Art: Brown
Maze Art: Green
Maze Art: Orange
Maze Art: Pink
Maze Art: Purple
Maze Art: Rainbow
Maze Art: Red
Maze Art: Yellow
Mazzle
Mazzle Christmas
Mazzle Halloween
Sweetie Candy Maze: Blueberry
Sweetie Candy Maze: Brown Chocolate
Sweetie Candy Maze: Green Apple
Sweetie Candy Maze: Orange
Sweetie Candy Maze: Pink Raspberry
Sweetie Candy Maze: Purple Grape
Sweetie Candy Maze: Red Cherry
Sweetie Candy Maze: Yellow Lemon
These are all AI slop reskins of exactly the same game!!! A strong argument can be made that construction kits like ClickTeam Fusion should never be used to make games for profit, as the "developer", Cute Hannah's Games has done here. These construction kits are intended to teach people some of the basic principles of game development, and to make small demos to pass around with friends. They're not intended to replace to actual work of real, professional game developers. So it's inappropriate when amateurs try to use these for profit, without any actual, real game development effort taking place. This doesn't result in products that have any real meaningful value for gamers. Taking this shovelware seriously as if it was a genuine attempt to make a game, it doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. Those technical flaws drag this game well below the minimum quality standards expected of a modern PC game. The poor quality of this game is reflected by how many people spent time with it. At the time of this review, SteamDB shows the game all-time peak player count was only ONE player. That's right, only one person ever played this at a time. When I played this for the purposes of reviewing it, I equalled the peak player count for the game. OUCH. The only player activity occurs once or twice a month, presumably someone loading it up to see what it is then quickly uninstalling it. Considering there's over 130 million gamers on Steam and well over 140,000 games for gamers to choose from, the overwhelming lack of interest in this low quality game is to be expected. One of the driving elements of this shovelware game is "achievement spam", that is to say the game features a ridiculously large number of trivial/automatically granted achievements, 100 of them, in fact. It's a damning indictment for this shovelware that people only bought it for easy achievements, and not because it has any serious merit as a real game. So, should you buy this game? Is this one of the best of the 140,000+ games on Steam? Sweetie Candy Maze: Violet Plum is relatively cheap at $2 USD, but it's not worth it. The quality problems and defects with this game makes the asking price totally unrealistic. It is impossible to recommend this to gamers here on Steam. This is also competing with over 14,000 free games available on Steam, many of them far better than this paid product.
Profile Features Limited! Valve have marked this game as "Profile Features Limited" at the time of this review. This is usually caused by poor sales figures and low community acceptance for the game (to date). Until this status changes, this game will not give you +1 to your Game Collector badge count, appear in profile achievements or any other Steam meta-accomplishments, nor can it be displayed in some profile showcases. If these factors are important to you, it may be worth holding off before buying this game.
Sweetie Candy Maze: Violet Plum is a casual maze-based puzzle game that focuses on colorful presentation, relaxing gameplay, and simple navigation challenges inside a bright candy-themed world. Developed and published by Cute Hannah’s Games, the title follows a straightforward formula where players explore maze-like stages, collect sweets scattered throughout each area, and locate the exit portal to advance further. The game clearly aims for a lightweight and accessible experience rather than deep puzzle complexity, making it a title designed primarily for casual players looking for a calm and cheerful distraction. The gameplay is extremely easy to understand from the very beginning. Players guide their character through compact maze environments while collecting candy and avoiding getting lost inside increasingly larger layouts. Each level introduces slightly more complicated pathways and navigation patterns, but the core gameplay remains intentionally simple throughout the entire experience. There are no advanced mechanics, combat systems, or demanding reflex challenges. Instead, the game focuses entirely on movement, exploration, and gradually solving the maze structure in order to reach the goal. One of the game’s strongest qualities is its relaxing pace. Sweetie Candy Maze: Violet Plum avoids stressful mechanics such as aggressive timers or punishing failure systems, allowing players to move through stages comfortably at their own speed. The game feels designed for short and low-pressure play sessions where players can simply unwind while exploring colorful environments and collecting sweets. This calm atmosphere makes it approachable for younger audiences and players who prefer uncomplicated casual games over more demanding puzzle experiences. The visual presentation is easily the game’s most memorable feature. Every stage is filled with bright candy-inspired environments dominated by soft violet and sugary pastel colors that reinforce the playful fantasy setting. The art direction is cheerful and consistent, helping create a cozy atmosphere that fits the casual gameplay structure perfectly. Although the graphics themselves are technically simple and reflect the project’s smaller indie budget, the game still manages to maintain an appealing visual identity thanks to its colorful design and candy-themed environments. The soundtrack complements the relaxed tone reasonably well. Soft upbeat music plays during exploration while simple sound effects accompany collecting sweets and completing stages. The audio design remains fairly minimal overall, but it works effectively enough for the kind of calming arcade experience the game wants to deliver. The music never becomes intrusive or overly repetitive during shorter play sessions, which helps maintain the game’s laid-back atmosphere. Another small but notable feature is the inclusion of a large number of Steam achievements. Completion-focused players and achievement hunters may appreciate the additional motivation to fully clear every level and unlock all available rewards. Since the game is structured around short stages, revisiting areas to improve completion progress never feels especially exhausting or time-consuming. However, the game’s simplicity also limits how engaging it remains over extended periods. The gameplay changes very little from one stage to another, with most levels following the exact same structure of collecting sweets and finding the exit. While later mazes become somewhat larger and more complicated, the overall mechanics remain almost entirely unchanged throughout the experience. Players looking for creative puzzle systems, evolving mechanics, or more complex level interactions may eventually find the gameplay repetitive. The maze design itself is functional but rarely especially memorable. Some stages are mildly enjoyable to navigate, but few levels introduce major surprises or creative ideas that significantly change how players approach exploration. Because the challenge progression is relatively modest, experienced puzzle fans may find the game too easy and mechanically shallow after only a short amount of time. The overall production values are also fairly basic. Menus, interface elements, and visual effects remain minimal throughout the game, and there is little narrative or worldbuilding beyond the candy-themed aesthetic. The game depends almost entirely on its relaxing atmosphere and straightforward gameplay loop to maintain interest, which means players who do not immediately connect with its casual design philosophy may lose interest quickly. At the same time, the game succeeds because it never tries to become more complicated than necessary. Sweetie Candy Maze: Violet Plum clearly understands its target audience and stays focused on delivering a calm, colorful, and accessible maze-solving experience without unnecessary systems or frustration. The simplicity may disappoint players looking for deeper puzzle design, but it also allows the game to remain approachable and easy to enjoy casually. What ultimately makes the game somewhat charming is its cheerful presentation and low-pressure structure. It captures the feeling of a simple arcade-style puzzle game built entirely around relaxation and accessibility. There is something enjoyable about wandering through colorful candy mazes at a comfortable pace without needing to worry about intense difficulty or complicated mechanics. Sweetie Candy Maze: Violet Plum ultimately works best as a lightweight casual puzzle experience for players seeking something simple, colorful, and relaxing. While the repetitive gameplay and limited mechanical depth prevent it from becoming a standout puzzle title, the cheerful atmosphere and accessible design still make it enjoyable for short sessions and casual play. It may not leave a major lasting impression, but it successfully delivers the cozy and stress-free experience its candy-themed world promises. Rating: 7/10
