[b]PROS:[/b] + historical messages + interesting story + fun mini-games + great on the Steam Deck [b]CONS:[/b] - cannot re-do interviews once locked - needs more localization options [b]Comment:[/b] An interesting FMV that is much better than the previous one in the series - [url=https://steamcommunity.com/id/artibius/recommended/676630/]Attentat 1942[/url] - in terms of gameplay, presentation and UI. The story is polished up and more condensed although I did find some branches not having any resolution. Seems there was planned DLC but for some reason that did not happen. Also there is a third game in the series (Train to Sachsenhausen) available on the devs' site to download if you like these. Mini-games seem much more fun. Spent almost an hour playing the card game to get three wins. And I played it well, you really need luck too. Then the farm strategy game is also cool. Others were also okay and you can re-do them all in the [u]profile[/u] menu. No coins! You can just go back to the people and talk again. Sadly there is no re-do of interviews after finishing. Even though the game says you can, the icons remain grey and you have to start over in case you missed anything. In my case, I missed two achievements so I had to speed through again which added almost an hour of time played. So a neutral stance here I suppose. So do I end up recommending it? Yeah. Mainly due to the historic facts and how the game shows the hero for one story is the bad guy for the other. It is important to see games like these where it shows how fanatically hating groups of people sweeps away people who may not have deserved their end.
