I've been following this game somewhat since it began development. In its current state at release it's an enjoyable top-down shooter with a unique theme and gameplay style. Each level has three different completion 'ranks' depending on how well you played, and a scoreboard of sorts is on the level select screen showing your completion time. From the third level onwards things start to get tricky and require multiple attempts to complete and form a solid strategy to defend your network. I was blown away by the menu, which I only saw at release. It's so polished and refined, with a groovy song playing in the background to remind you of the 90s and early 00s. The title screen invites you to click different icons, the start menu and so on which is reminiscent of playing on your parents' computer as a kid, clicking things and not really knowing what might happen. Through the title screen the game even lets you 'shut down' the in-game computer you're using. It's really awesome. Overall it's not going to hold a candle to AAA games, but that's not what it's trying to achieve. The game creates a solid sense of atmosphere and immersion from the beginning of the title screen that you wouldn't expect from looking at screenshots or videos of the gameplay. The levels are engaging and challenging, requiring some thought and speedy inputs. I haven't yet reached the end of the game and am still encountering new enemy types after almost 2hrs in game. You've really just got to try it.
