It's pretty but controllers tend not to work and you can't easily change the control scheme. I don't recommend it if you intend to just pick it up and play.

The game is great, the problem? It won't work anymore. The game's dead and I haven't finished. Wonderful...

This is exactly what a proper run and gun should be. this game is a balls to the wall love letter to the original Contra on NES, which is spot on because Contra is peak gaming and anyone who disagrees is a turist The game is hard as nails too, but it's that fair, git gud kind of hard that feels rewarding. The art style is great, real 8 bit pixel art, not that lazy pixel "art" where devs just slap some squares together and call it retro. This is authentic to the era and it shows. The 8 bit design make the grotesque creatures look even better and more unsettling If you're into run and gun games and you miss those Contra levels where everything looked like it crawled out of Giger's nightmares, all that alien biomechanical grotesque s**t, then this is for your. Don't even hesitate, just grab it This one delivers exactly what it promises and then some 8.5/10, would die repeatedly to alien horrors again Pure concentrated 8bit testosterone

klasse Spiel. Ein zwei mal unfair bei Bossen, gerade wenn sie ins Bild rutschen aber sonst einfach sehr gut. Das Spiel macht wirklich kaum etwas falsch, aber nahezu alles richtig.

A good Contra-clone.
