About
In Super Ant Art Tycoon, you are an art dealer with absolutely nothing to your name except 5 highly trained ants and questionable business instincts. Watch proudly as your ant buddies paint you beautiful pictures. At first they’ll be very simple, so don’t expect collectors lining up just yet.
You decide how much each painting sells for. Set the price low and it’ll sell quickly. Set it higher and it’ll take longer. Set it too high and it may never sell at all. Use the money you earn to buy more ants, train them, and upgrade your studio. Soon those early paintings only a mother could love will turn into genuine masterpieces selling for serious money.
As your colony grows, so does the art. Bigger canvases, faster painting, higher value commissions. Your ants aren’t just working harder in this version, they’re a little smarter, making your studio more efficient and your empire easier to manage.
Train your ants into master artists, take on commissions, and steadily climb from humble beginnings to full-blown ant-powered art dominance.
Imagine showcasing your ants’ artwork in your very own art gallery. In this super edition, you can open customisable galleries to hang your ants’ best paintings on the walls and even design eye-catching sculptures as centrepieces. Set an entrance fee for visitors and watch the adoring public wander through, marveling at ant-made art while the money rolls in from ticket sales. You have full creative control to decorate your galleries to your liking – make it cozy and cute or modern and avant-garde. The brand new sculpture feature lets you build giant ant-crafted statues to attract crowds and boost your prestige. Show the world that great art can come in the smallest packages!
Unlock brand new types of ants to join your colony, including elemental ants, ghost ants, and even flying ants. Each adds variety and personality to your studio.
You can also upload your own images and watch your ants recreate them as paintings, because clearly that’s a normal thing for ants to do. Keep an eye out for rainbow ants too. If you tap one when it appears, you’ll get a nice cash reward. No further questions.
Experience Ant Art Tycoon like never before with a complete 3D overhaul. Your loyal ant artists have stepped into the third dimension, and they look better (and cuter) than ever. Zoom and pan the camera to see every tiny brushstroke up close as your ants bustle around their canvas. The user interface has been redesigned from the ground up for PC, giving you a clean, responsive way to manage your growing art business. No more flat 2D sprites – everything is now in lively 3D, making your ant art studio feel immersive and alive. (Don’t worry, the ants won’t crawl out of your monitor – we’ve trained them well!)
Enjoy an enhanced soundtrack with 10 new music tracks, alongside brand new sound effects throughout the game. From painting to selling to gallery management, everything sounds richer, livelier, and more satisfying as your empire grows.
Are you ready to become the next Anty Warhol? Take your colony of creative ants from a small studio to a thriving art empire in Super Ant Tycoon Deluxe. Whether you’re a longtime fan of the original or a newcomer who’s just ant-sy for a fun new sim, this remastered adventure offers the ultimate ant art experience. Get ready to paint, sell, build, and conquer the art world – one tiny ant at a time!

you know, i wish i could just make a stupid little pun at the games expense of using AI slop, like "Super Ai Art Tycoon" but no, it doesnt deserve just a little pun, it needs to be UTTERLY TORN TO SHREDS i was a beta tester, and MULTIPLE.♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.TIMES. i told the main guy "get rid of the ai slop" and not once did he comply or even respond, hell he didnt even adress MOST of my ♥♥♥♥♥♥ issues, and look what we got now, a buggy, pitiful excuse of a "game", you cant even call this a game because games are 100% human made and have their interpretations, this is just AI slop as uhyeah once said "So, yeah, this kind of sucks. As AI improves and the line between human-made content and AI made content starts to blur more and more, it's super important to support real artists, including those working in the games industry, where I'm sure AI ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ is being pushed even harder. So, to see an indie dev stoop this low is just embarrassing." dude, i grew up with the duck life series, its one of my favourite series of all time, hell my main online persona IS BASED OFF OF ONE OF YOUR DAMN CHARACTERS seeing you not listen to critisicm, as well as push AI SLOP is so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ dissapointing. do better. (also dont harass the dude over this, btw he requested i remove his name)
Was excited to play a sequel to an idle game i loved, only to find rampant ai art usage, in a game about teaching ants art. for shame.
As I get farther into the game it keeps freezing up it and my pc with it.
Glad this game got a sequel. It's a really fun game, something that's great to play while listening to an album or watching youtube. There is something I have to say, however. This game uses AI art, which is really really sad. However, if anyone were to use it, I think Mr. Simon Wixon is someone who should. This is a small indie project, not a AAA game and thus shouldn't be held to those standards. It's understandable that he would turn to AI for some assets. With that being said, would this game be better off without ANY ai? 1000000%. Honestly, a fun game that I would highly recommend if you can put up with some small bugs. A fantastic addition to the Wix Games line up.
Loving this game so far! There is just something so satisfying about watching those little critters crawl across my screen and make a masterpiece. It has all the nostalgia of the previous version with some fun new features. I can see myself losing many an hour to this game and enjoying every second of it. It definitely feels worth the increased price with how many hours I could see myself getting out of this.
i really really enjoy this game and i think it would be a great way for the dev to showcase their art
Previously there was a pretty severe bug that affected my game where after a while the game would crash. This appears to have now been fixed. The beginning and midgame are pretty satisfying, watching your ants make paintings and trying to sell them at a good price to buy more ants. The late game seems a bit lacking though, though it could be I'm just missing late game upgrades. It feels like its a lot of busywork filling galleries for little benefit and waiting for bank interest to accumulate faster than you can make money any other way.
this game is super addictive!! I love watching my ants scurry around to create a masterpiece...super therapeutic :)
I enjoyed my time with this game despite its flaws. I unlocked all Steam achievements at about the 10 hour mark, and finally unlocked all 147 of the in-game achievements at a little under 20 hours. No crashes, no lost saves, only bug(?) was that offline earnings I'd collected overnight amounted to about 5 seconds of playtime, so worthless... oh, and the in-game achievement tracker displayed some confusing info but eventually said I completed them all. It could use some more QoL features, as there is A LOT of unavoidable clicking. Too many clicks to do simple tasks, and EVERY SINGLE UPGRADE you purchase will be a click. No "Buy 5/10/100" buttons here. But there's thankfully no explicit clicking mechanic... you just have to click continuously and constantly thousands of times as you click to buy every individual upgrade along the way one by one. (Or I'm an idiot and overlooked an obvious "Buy 10x" button.) AND there's a delay with each click for fancy little animations to play out, so that pads out the time too. I think the game has a definite end, as in no more upgrades, but I've just reached the "SSSS" stage and I dunno how many more S's there are but surely it's not too many more than this. As for the AI Art, my wish would be for a human artist be paid to replace the AI art using some of the money I paid for this game. As for the AI coding... I suspect this game would have been better without AI "helping" as the dev already has a 10 year track record of releasing games on Steam. The ant cartoon art is cute, the ants that paint the pictures are distinct, and the actual artwork they paint is a style I can appreciate. I loved that there were 10 famous real painters represented in ant form with dozens of their famous works to unlock. All the other paintings were also great, representing: memes, emoji, beautiful portraits, and just plain weird subjects. And I LOVE that at certain points you can import your own art from your hard drive for the ants to paint in their style. You can then hang YOUR art in one of the 40 galleries on the world map, each decorated with room for 15 paintings each for you to curate (and the cost of gallery admission is your primary passive money generator in this game). Oh, and I turned off the music and later the sound. I got more than I was expecting, including a lesson on buying games developed with AI help. p.s. An AI didn't help in any way to write this.
Really enjoying this game, it is so addicting and fun to play. As the game goes on, the art gets better and more detailed. I hope they bring in a feature to allow fan-made art into the game. Ant Art FTW!
