Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.57/day in the week to Aug 10 → 0.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

It give's the impression of a large lonlly exploration. It's the most accessible Alexis Kennedy within a game context that there is. Cultist simulator and Book of Hours are pretty opaque. This one is as grounded as a sea adventure launched from a London stolen by bats can be.

Perfeito.
A strange adventure with boring combat.
*** Final version of review *** Alright, I decided to redo my review one final time. Sunless Sea made it difficult for me to like or even understand it at first, but once I took my time with it, explored more and understood how to play, it really grew on me and is now among my favorite games. So, what is it? Sunless Sea is a exploration-heavy game with rogue-lite elements where you explore the world of Fallen London with your ship. Here lies the first difficulty, as the game world may seem strange, unfamiliar and very confusing or mysterious at first. I guess that if you are familiar with Fallen London, it may be easier or more exciting to start out. I didn't know much about this world at all. You will start with a slow, rather weak ship, so combat should probably be avoided as much as possible. Eventually, you can afford better ships & weapons and will raise your stats (like Iron for more damage, veils for being harder to detect by enemies) You can explore the world and bring back port reports for money, renown (popularity with the admirality) and fuel, which allows for bigger trips. You can recruit different officers, and they will ask things of you, whether it's a dinner, trips to certain ports or something else. Same with people you will meet in London or in other ports. Your journal will list different tasks, some of them rather obscure or a bit more difficult to understand. Once you have uncovered the map (it is slightly different for every player and playthrough), it will be easier to do those quests. Depending on your ambition (wealth, adventure, a kingdom etc.), you will follow different paths, and soon, the game will become a bit easier. At first, every trip may seem like a suicide mission and should be done carefully, as you don't want to run out of fuel or provisions. With a better, faster ship, you can outrun or avoid enemies or fight back. More and more, the fascinating gameworld with its Lovecraftian touch will reveal itself to you, even though there will always remain some obscurity. What effects will a decision have? You will have to find out. Should your captain die, you can start a new one and one of the choices for this is to keep the uncovered and unchanged map of your previous captain. If you'd rather retain something else, you will have to explore and uncover the map again. I am on my fourth captain, and I am still quite fascinated by this mysterious, dangerous yet soothing world. The game design and the music are beautiful and fit so well, and I still find new events, new things to do. Consider getting the rather small DLC too, which will unlock a zubmarine mode for your ship, plus new ports, activities etc. Once again - the start can be very rough. There is a steep learning curve... or cliff, and the world will seem very strange and confusing at first. Same goes for the quest system, the amount of stuff in your journal etc But if you take your time, explore and actually read the descriptions and lore bits, I am rather sure that this world, this game will grow on you. It took me about 4-5 attempts to get hooked, but once I was, I was thinking about the game AFTER playing and was planning my next journey even while being away from the computer. Give it a try. It surely is not for everyone, but if you like exploration, text heavy storytelling, a challenge to stay alive, a Lovecraftian vibe or the world of Fallen London (not required, yet helpful, even though I knew nothing about it), then this may just captivate you too!

A game that embodies the saying "the journey is the destination". 10/10
