About

Summit Drive a game by Luke Kim is a driving game where you play as an anthropomorphic bird who must make their way up to the mountain summit for a view like none other. It blends the mechanical absurdity of Enviro-bear 2000’s controls with A Short Hike’s cozy, quirky aesthetic.
Steer a physics-based vehicle using only your mouse buttons for directional control.
You must use your left mouse to interact, drive, and steer, while using your right mouse button to brake and change gears.
The path upwards is narrow, steep, bumpy, and filled with obstacles that appear before your eyes.
The game explores the fear of driving and falling, blending them into a metaphor for life.
Lose all of your progress again.
Music is great! You will love the music...

I've played like 9 hours of this, mostly on the demo. Impish, funny, and very learnable. Like the best games in its family, the first run will take a long time and be frustrating, and subsequent runs are much faster as you get better at the controls. Beautiful scenery and great level design.
This game is fun and relaxing! I love it!
This game is a great, semi-frustrating time driving up a mountain or two. Whether trying to take my time and enjoy the scenery, making very liberal use of the checkpoints, or trying to speed through and beat my last clear time, I'm having a good time playing Summit Drive. From the demo to full release, it has been a treat following this game's development. So to see how it has ended up and for it to be a real, complete experience is completely surreal. Great job to Luke and here's to many more people having a good time driving up this summit!
Charming, easy and chill Foddian experience. Controls are very nicely done and creative, the music is awesome, the level design is flawless and umm... yeah. Support this dev!
played the demo of this alot this game infuriates me so much but i will get this damn bird to his home
good jazz. lovely drive. reminds me of when I was walking home from school
Really truly a nightmare scenario, where your most basic motor control can be taken away from you by a humble inch incline, and the most subtle differences in speed can send you hurtling down a fatal slope. The triumphant final stretch is countered quickly by the realization that there is... a second drive... a much worse one...

Fun, somewhat difficult game. I like the jazz radio. Jazz is nice.
It's pretty good! It's a rage game, but like a nice lite rage game that only makes you a little upset and I feel like I picked up the controls easier than most rage games.
