Summerland is a first-person narrative game about morality and the afterlife. You take control of Matthew, a detective reliving the events of his past, being questioned on his morals along the way. In every door lies another memory, and every memory unlocks another door.

I'd say it depends on what you're looking for. The whole reason I played this was because it got recommended to me as a "game that really makes you think" and it just.... didn't. The visuals were appealing to me and I didn't hate the story at all, but the philosophy of it all was massively underwhelming in my opinion. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Karakter sümüklü böcek gibi yürüyor harika
An interesting narrative with some good graphics mixed in. Can't go wrong here, especially with a price tag of free!
11/10 experience, very calming yet you see how the man struggles. Yet it was very melancholy, the ending really makes you think and feel it, 1 hour 30 minute playthrough worth every second. Music is phenomenal, it takes you through his addiction, love for his son, time with the authorities, investigations, happiness, sadness, the times where he was afraid, or when he was brave, trying his hardest to keep going for his son, and the ending. It really sticks, keeps you thinking. Absolute piece of gaming.
Played this years ago and then again today. Really well made game. Very thought provoking. Not very long of a game. Pretty much on rails the whole time but tells one heck of a short story. Cannot beat it for FREE.
I felt connected to the main character.
