Bon petit jeu pas facile, faut être discret et faire attention, pas évident pour moi. https://youtu.be/CfyflXGXhkQ
This game turned out to be quite addictive. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the style of the graphics. Mr. Scratchy is very cute, but why isn't he fed anything.
Интересная стелс игра с элементами метроидвании. Хорошая атмосфера и красивый дизайн. При небольшом количестве гемплейных элементов продолжительность игры идеальна. Плюс отлично вписанный в сюжет финальный моральный выбор.
Pretty neat actually. It's a simplistic stealth game, but still got a decent array of approaches on each map. It reminds me somehow of a certain era of shareware PC games, around the early 00's. You'd find some ramdom PC games to download, maybe on a forum or some geocities in a corner of the early "wild-west" web. This one gives off that same vibe in a very good way. Just enough polish to make it work, with a direct and to the point gameplay that is both enjoyable and challenging. There are elements of survival horror as well with limited resources and such. I have only a couple of minor grievances, with the cumbersome equipment UI which can get furstrating to navigate and equip items, many items end up being situational at best, and a handful of difficulty spikes here and there. But other than that, I do recommend it, even more so when it's on sale.
A charming, challenging stealth-adventure with dark sci-fi, tactical puzzles, multiple paths, and immersive atmospheric design
I can recommend this game for its price, but I'm not satisfied because it has more potential. It’s got a really strong dark sci-fi atmosphere, it looks great, and it has some genuinely good ideas going on. But this is also where it kind of falls apart. The only reason this is a positive review is the price. Were it any higher, and it would be negative. And I wanted this to cost 15 dollars and be the game that deserves it. And honestly, it feels like the game should have been better without really changing much about its design. The main issue is how it plays moment to moment. There’s a lot of restriction in how you move through situations, so you often feel pushed into very specific solutions rather than being able to experiment. It works as such: you have Switch A which unlocks Switch B which unlocks a door that has Switch C which unlocks the teleporter to leave a map. You’re basically following a set path of interactions rather than solving things in different ways, which takes away a lot of player freedom. The map is filled with enemies that patrol randomly, enemy behavior is very RNG-driven. Sometimes you get lucky and enemies spread out, letting you manage things smoothly. Other times you teleport in and multiple enemies converge on you, and it just spirals into a situation you can’t really control. thats the core gameloop that could have been 15 dollars for me, but its 5 dollars because of a few design errors. The game gives you a lot of tools, but they don’t always feel meaningful because you can’t reliably plan around what the enemies will do. So instead of feeling like you’re making smart decisions, it often feels like you’re reacting to randomness. If a few enemies decide to push you at the wrong time, you burn through your resources and still end up losing next map anyway. The RNG becomes even more punishing because of the “lives” system, which is a core part of progression. When outcomes are heavily influenced by randomness, losing those lives doesn’t always feel like a result of bad decisions, but sometimes just bad timing or unlucky teleports. This game feels like its trial and error like "Abe's oddysey" or "Heart of Darkness" but these games dont have a "lives" system like Starless. That ends up making the experience pretty frustrating, and it’s something you’ll also see reflected in of other reviews. How I would improve it: -First, the plaster trap needs a fundamental change. Right now it’s introduced later in the game and costs a lot of energy, which makes it unreliable in exactly the situations where it’s most needed. It should be available from the start and have no energy cost only the timer, so the player always has a consistent, dependable way to respond to sudden enemy pressure and RNG spikes if they have the skill to use it. -Second, the dArk tracker being always active would also help a lot. The delay it already has is a good balancing factor, so it doesn’t feel overpowered even if it’s always on, the delay could be increced a little bit more but no energy or invetory cost. -Third, the wall-xray tool kind of undermines the tension of dark rooms. Those spaces are clearly meant to feel uncertain, and having a tool that removes that uncertainty weakens the whole atmosphere, remove it completely. -Most importantly, giving players some form of information about upcoming areas would go a long way. Even just being able to view cameras before entering a section would let you plan your approach and choose what to bring. Right now, a lot of progression ends up feeling like trial-and-error RNG but with consequences like losing lives though no fault of your own, especially in unfamiliar areas. There’s definitely more that could be done to smooth out the randomness without removing it entirely, but the key thing is giving the player just enough control so it feels like they’re dealing with the system, not just getting rolled by it.
Muy interesante. Ya me ha dado varios sustos y me ha hecho pasarlo bien. Me parece una buena opción para juegos de estrategia y con lo nervios a tope. Esperando la versión es español. Saludos.
Alien isolation survival horror game. Oh and You can also pet the cat.
Ahem...<clears throat>...I came here thinking this was another game....with the same name. But I'm glad I bought this game It is really good survival/puzzle/horror. It gave me the willies, trying not to let my colonists die. Just the bare fact that they can see what their fate might be if they are chosen by the ships AI is Anxiety inducing in the extreme. When the anxiety gets too extreme, I retreat into the fantasy of being a butler to a family of rich entitled heiresses. Once my tension has abated I return to this game and try to save these colonist from the alien like monsters that swarm the ship. This game has me on edge when I play it. I'll beat it, some day... 10/10
Jeu plutôt sympa mais court, par contre, la difficulté est assez mal dosée, c'est assez difficile de prévoir les mouvements des ennemis et la traduction française est bourrée de fautes d'orthographe.
