Time flies when I'm playing this game. I actually enjoy Stardew Valley a lot. As a man, I wasn't exactly expecting to have this much fun playing it. I play with my brother, and it's been a great experience overall. We just spend time together—mining, farming... for example, I do the farming while he takes care of the animals, or sometimes we switch. During winter, we usually do both. I also tried to play this game without watching tutorials or guides because I wanted to experience it the way it was intended. The first comparison that came to mind was Minecraft. Back when I first played it, there weren't many videos or guides. Even for crafting recipes, you had to Google most of them. Looking back, I think that made the game feel much more real. In real life, you wouldn't just know how to make everything either. Figuring things out and exploring was a huge part of what made Minecraft so special. There was always a sense of mystery until you slowly learned how everything worked. I'd say Stardew Valley gives me that same feeling. Even as I'm writing this, I'm sure there's still so much more for me to discover. I'm around 50 hours in, and it doesn't even feel like I'm close to finishing the game. There's still a lot left to explore, and I'm just having fun. I hope that feeling lasts. If you have someone to play with, I definitely recommend trying co-op. I can't really compare it to single-player since I haven't played Stardew that way, but co-op has been an amazing experience.
