i love this game!!!
I was scrolling through my library tonight trying to find something to play and I saw Stardew. I was reminded of the first few times I tried to play it. Didn't click. Tried again. Didn't click. Eventually, it just did. The beauty of it fell into place. The monotony became immersive. The ambience became comfortable. The process became addicting. Stardew Valley started to feel a little bit more like home each time I loaded it up. In hindsight, though, perhaps the thing that kept me playing was wanting to give the attention to detail the game was made with the time it deserved. I go back and forth between SV and Baldur's Gate 3 as my favorite games ever, and maybe it's a tie, but I can't help but want to play a few in-game days every time I see it in my library.
