Free game. Short game and could have been longer. A couple good challenges. Stanley killed me and I had to start over. Annoying that I had to listen to instructions completely before proceeding. The voice is the best part because of the other Stanley game.
scary enough
its a great first project and i see lots of potential. the puzzles were simple yet fun would love to see more difficulty and variety. good job will be keeping an eye out for future projects

Stanley Says is a party/psych-horror game where one smug narrator called *Stanley* tells you what to do… and your entire life depends on whether he *actually* said it. It’s basically: * 40% Simon Says * 40% social deduction * 20% “did he say ‘Stanley says’ or am I losing my mind?” --- ### The Experience Gameplay loop: 1. Stanley says: “Jump.” 2. You jump. 3. Stanley *doesn’t* say: “Spin.” 4. You spin anyway. 5. You explode / lose / get roasted in voice-over. Now repeat that process but faster, with more people, and increasingly cursed instructions like: * “Stanley says: don’t trust anyone.” * “Stanley says: only one of you can move.” * “Stanley says: pick someone to fail.” --- ### Pros * **Simple concept, maximum chaos** – half the lobby dies because nobody actually listens, they just panic-move when the timer beeps. * The narrator is peak passive-aggressive energy: * “Oh, did you *think* I said ‘Stanley says’? Fascinating. Wrong.” * Great with friends; even better with that one friend who swears they’re “good at listening” and then fails first every round. * Gradual ramp from “jump / crouch / emote” to “line up by color / mirror another player / do the *opposite* of what I say.” * Spectator mode is gold: watching your friends freeze, twitch, then explode one by one is pure content. --- ### Cons * If you’re bad at paying attention, this game is basically a very loud personality test. * One slip—one tiny reflex jump—and you’re out, forced to watch everyone else succeed at basic instructions. * The narrator *will* make you feel personally attacked for being dumb for 0.3 seconds. * Not ideal if you hate voice lines, timers, or being told what to do by a guy named Stanley. --- ### Peak Stanley Moments * Stanley: “Everyone, jump!” Half the lobby: *jumps* Stanley: “Interesting. I did not say ‘Stanley says.’” *mass deletion* * You survive to the final two, nail every command, then panic-emote at the end and lose everything. * Stanley gives two conflicting instructions in a row and you can *hear* your friends’ brains buffering in voice chat. * That one glorious round where everyone else messes up early, you follow every command perfectly… and Stanley ends with: > “Stanley says: you win. Somehow.” --- **9/10** A beautifully stupid “listen or die” game that weaponizes your short attention span and lets a smug narrator live rent-free in your head. Would once again swear I’m going to listen carefully, fail on the first fake-out, and argue with Stanley like he can hear me.
Не плохой клон Хаги Ваги. Разок пройти, пробежаться можно.
It is a realy cool game if your.e bored. I would recomend it, I would maybe add some different puzzles because after the first two puzzles it is always the same, and maybe i would add some jumpscares beacause I wasnt scared because nothing happened.
It's free, sure. But the game has no plot, no gameplay, no puzzles. Barely a chase. I don't want to be mean, but this aint it. Back the drawing board and try again. also bigger subtitles.
A well-thought out project of passion. Well done voice acting, enticing atmosphere and, while easy, still fun little puzzles. The audio is quite loud and jarring on some of the recordings within the game despite the volume being turned down, but that'd be my only major complaint. My main concern is how Stanley is uh... a little unfinished looking? Despite these things, it was a fun little endeavour, and I hope that your dedication to this project will carry over to your other pieces of work.
