Spy Bros. (Pipi & Bibi's DX)

Está entretenido el juego. Con la rapidez digna de un arcade (porque lo es XD) Es más entretenido de lo que se ve. Si lo jugás, te va a gustar. Los niveles están buenos y tiene continues infinitos, asique es cuestión de insistencia para poder pasarlo. Al juego lo pasás la primera vez y desbloqueás otro modo. Lo pasás una segunda vez en el otro modo y te da modo 4 jugadores. Eso está bueno.

東亜プランのマイナーなアケゲーの移植。 確か、オリジナルのフーピーは面クリア毎に女の子の絵の部分が出て、ボスクリアで脱ぐが独特なモザイクがむしろ笑いを誘うゲームだった記憶。 しかし、このバージョンにはご褒美は無いのが残念。 あと、最初はスノーブロスの続編として計画されていたはず。(Spy Bros.ってロケテでの名前はその名残) ゲーム的にはボナンザブロスとエレベーターアクションを足した様なゲームで、コンピュータに全部爆弾を仕掛け脱出するのが目的。 敵はマジックハンドで攻撃すると気絶し、そのまま続けると下の階層に落ち、最下段で落とすと消えるが、一定時間後に復活してドアから出てくる。 序盤はギミックが少ないので退屈だが、床などのギミックが増え、敵を気絶させて通るか落とすかなど、意外とテクニカルな判断が必要になってくる。 また、エレベータの扉にマジックハンドを入れて開き時間を延ばしたりも重要なテクである。 爆弾を全部仕掛ける前はやられても爆弾はそのまま復活するが、脱出ファイズでやられると最初からになるので、その辺も考えて行動する必要がある。 割と二人プレイ前提なバランスの為、難易度は結構高い。 秋セールで164円と半年ちょいで大安売りになってるが、ご褒美がカットされたので自分以前に日本のレビューが付いていない状況。 ゲーム的にはボナンザブロスが好きな人は、この価格なら十分にオススメ。

I know the dev of the game so take my review with a grain of salt: Even having no attachment to or knowledge of the original, I can tell this is a careful homage and it definitely gives that "arcade" energy very strongly. If you are a nostalgia haver or want a taste of the arcade era, I defintiely recommend the game. Of course, the design translates questionably to PC gaming and it has all the quirks of the olden days, and thats both a blessing and a curse. if you expect a modern game you might be frustrated by how linear it is, how little it saves your progress, and the difficulty. You really have to imagine youself going to an arcade and putting in a quarter for each game in order to understand the design choices. Even with that, though, its deeply playful and engaging, and the mechanics lend themselves to a suprising amount of planning and depth of decisions in the moment. As I mentioned, I know the dev and Im 100% sure, even if I haven't played the original, that they went above and beyond to respect and adapt the game as accurately as possible and I'm sure the main audience for this game worries about that the most. Pick it up if you're curious! it's exactly what it advertises: an adaptation of an old classic, that is so because its simple playful arcade fun.

A great version of this classic game for Steam, it keeps all the gamefeel and adds extras in the options to improve the experience.

[h1]Introdução[/h1] Spy Bros. (Pipi & Bibi's DX) é um remake do arcade "Pipi&Bibi's / Whoopee!" da Toplan. Tedo seu conteúdo erótico removido nessa versão, algumas opções de "quality of life", um novo modo de jogo com novas personagens, e alguns extras para compensar. [h2]O bom[/h2] Jogo estilo arcade classico que lembra outros classicos como Elevator Action e Bonanza Bros. - Controles intuitivos; - Trilha de fundo; - Fases de elevadores e escadas são muito boas. Fase dos carros é absurdamente desafiadora porém bem "justa". [h2]O médio[/h2] A única coisa que penso em botar na categoria tem algo mais relacionado a minha preferencia em ports/remakes de arcade, eu sempre curto quando existe possibilidade de jogar simulando "colocar ficha". [h2]O ruim[/h2] A pior parte desse jogo para mim são as fases de trampolim, o desafio delas parece mais injusto do que qualquer outra, não traz a mesma satisfação das fases de carro. [h2]O controverso[/h2] Apesar de estar bem claro na descrição do remake que os conteúdos "eróticos" do original foram removidos parece que muita gente ainda passa despercebida e reclama ou acredita que o conteúdo está no game. Sim o conteúdo foi totalmente removido e não existe um modo secreto ou algo do tipo para habilitalo, inclusive isso influenciaria na classificação indicativa do jogo. [h1]Conclusão/Resumão[/h1] Apesar das criticas é um jogo divertido, a experiência é relativamente curta, e próximo de uma hora e meia zerei a campanha original, em uns 20 minutos já estava no segundo mundo da campanha nova. Mas é uma experiência classica arcade, se o vídeo te chama atenção e se você curte jogos como Bonanza Bros e Elevator Action pode ser uma boa pedida para você, e claro como todo arcade, nada te impede de gastar todo o tempo procurando o high score ou se desafiando a zerar sem utilizar continues.

A great port of the classic Spy Bros game, it still has the same essence as before and even has some changes that improve the experience. Highly recommended if you loved the original!

Very cool game, it keeps all the feels from the original while improving and upgrading to a new experience. It's nice to have options like upscaling or keep the original art style of the game and play it fullscreen. Whether you are new or classic gamer it's a good experience

Spy Bros forever, I used to like it and I still love it. The retro arcade style brings so good memories to me...
