It's very fun in short bursts. Super pole riders is considerably better and always the most popular. [b]Price tag is insane[/b] for this game, would not even considering buying for more than 5€, and even then there are several much better local coop games you can get with much more playtime. But the fun to €-ratio starts to become acceptable imo. Perfect game to play for a short time between other games during local game nights. Cons: Way overpriced at 14,99€ Can only be played by 2 or 4 players, would only recommend with 4 Pros Intuitive and simplistic controls Can run on potato Would recommend if you can get it for around 2€.

"Sportsfriends" is a collection of very poorly made, very low quality 2D retro pixel "minigames" that you're supposed to play local co-op with friends... but let me tell you, if you ask your friends to stop playing Counter-Strike or Helldivers 2 and play retro pixel garbage instead, you soon won't have any friends. These retro pixel toys are really shallow little action/reflexes games so dumbed down they make Pong look like 3D chess... the visual quality (dismal) is on par with the depth and gameplay quality (dismal). This features really godawful, lazy pixelcrap "art" instead of real graphics. It's hard to say if this was because the developer didn't have the skill to do the job of creating 3D visuals, or couldn't afford to hire someone who does, but it also doesn't matter. What matters is that this looks bad because of that decision, and that's a major deterrent to gamers. Games like Terraria and Stardew Valley succeeded [i]despite[/i] the bad graphics, not because of them. It's free... now, but it wasn't before. The developer was charging $15 USD for this (FIFTEEN BUCKS FOR THIS GARBAGE???). Price barriers, especially on low quality products, can be a direct cause of failure. It's a nice gesture for the game to be given away for free, but it also tells us that the game wasn't good enough to succeed as a paid product. Even though this is "free", it failed to appeal to the 120 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB showed the game peaked at just a dozen or so concurrent players, and now there's basically nobody playing it. Even though it's free. This is a dismal public reception, but it's easy to see why gamers rejected it. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? Not this time. This isn't worth downloading. While this won't cost you any money, you get what you pay for, and sometimes, even when the game is free, it's still not enough.

I am a 45 -year -old father, probably one of the oldest people playing this game. I am a single father raising my son, who is now 14 years old. My son won this game from his uncle, so we installed him on his computer and he started playing. Until the end of the week he had 24 hours in this game. This was horrible for me, because it was hard to find ways to spend time with my son, because he is always with friends or just watching Youtube. So I decided to do a Steam account and get this game to see if I could play beside him. I bought the game, chose my survivor and level and started playing, but I was stuck in what you should do. I asked my son for help and he organized a game for me to participate. I loved it, because it was the best time I spent with my son since my wife died. Since then, this game has approached me and my son again and now we spend time together away from home as well. This game reminded me that there is fun in everything, and I brought many happy memories to me and my son.

Some of the most fun I've ever had with couch co-op – I only recently learned that this has a PC port, and it even is free?! Let's go! Me and my brother played this a lot back on PS4 a decade ago. When I sent him the Steam link, we immediately made plans for him to come over and play again – and the games are just as silly, aggravating, hilarious, janky, intense and joyful as we remembered them.
