Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 33.29/day in the week to Sep 14 → 32.33/day in the week after.

Hard to pin down a rating for this one, I kinda wish there was a neutral option. Overall the game is fun enough, but definitely a little on the weaker side. The writing is cheesier than their usual and some gameplay elements feel repetitive. There is a lot of disparity between the two playable characters, game definitely leans more towards Mio when it comes to using the powers/abilities creatively, and Zoe just seems to get one flavor per world. The final chapter is done really well and honestly is one of the best technical/creative things I've seen a game do, just wish they did more of that throughout the game. Visually the game is incredible and we didn't really have any performance issues, and maybe a couple bugs/glitches throughout our entire playthrough, but the story and characters and incredibly dull and shallow, completely in contrast to the art direction and visual elements. The gameplay between each chapter didn't differ all that much and it seemed to lack the creativity that you would expect from such a game, especially coming from the studio that made It Takes Two. Definitely get it on sale, I can't really justify it full price over just playing A Way Out or It Takes Two

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 30: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 50.86/day in the week to Jul 30 → 53.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Great game overall, amazing gameplay and graphics, very innovative scenarios. Could've been a bit more challenging though.

Split Fiction is an absolute blast, although sometimes the controls almost feel too simple. The game often seems to help you steer, jump, land, or generally prevent you from completely messing things up. At first, that can make some sections feel a little too easy, but honestly, it might be one of the reasons the game works so well. Instead of spending half your time falling off the map, drowning in the water, or repeating the same jump 20 times, you actually get to enjoy the stories, environments, and complete madness happening around you. And there is a lot happening around you. One of my favorite things about Split Fiction is how packed it is with little references, Easter eggs, and ideas inspired by other games, movies, and books. At different points, you’ll notice things that feel straight out of Harry Potter, Tron, or Halo, alongside clear nods to things like Dune and Assassin’s Creed. There are also some great references to Hazelight’s previous game, It Takes Two, which are especially fun if you’ve played it before. It constantly feels like the developers took a huge pile of games, movies, books, and ideas they love, threw them into a blender, and somehow turned the result into one big co-op adventure. And somehow, it works. Then there are the storylines themselves, which can get… questionable. The hot dog storyline. I still don’t really know what I witnessed there. Was it weird? Yes. Questionable? Definitely. Did I have a massive laugh the entire time? Absolutely. It was so ridiculous and unexpected that it ended up being one of those moments you’ll probably remember long after finishing the game. That’s really where Split Fiction shines. It constantly throws new, weird, and creative ideas at you and rarely gives you enough time to get bored. It doesn’t take itself too seriously, and neither should you. Overall, it’s a genuinely fun co-op experience with simple—sometimes very simple—controls, tons of creativity, loads of references to other games and stories, plenty of laughs, and at least one hot dog-related memory that I’m probably never going to forget. Great game. Weird stories. Lots of laughs. 10/10 hot dogs.
