so far this ameis fun. it is not like the other Spellforce games so there are some likes dislikes to the game
Perfect RTS, i highly recommend it to everyone.

ITs a great game, and a solid story. Its a shame it never got more attentnion. Sort of like Starcraft 2 or Warcraft 3 when it comes to gameplay.

The RPG part seems ok to me, but the RTS keeps sending endless waves of enemies from different directions faster than you can develop your territory. If you like challenging games and want to dedicate several hours to one game, you may like it. But if you want to play casually or just relax, this game isn't for you.
I debated for a long time between a negative and a positive rating, but the game's ending swayed me to the "dark side." The game has enough of positive aspects — beautiful graphics, engaging exploration, tireless AI (which can make your life hell on higher difficulties), and a satisfying story. But the abrupt ending, with no clear conclusion or consequences for the characters you've invested 40+ hours into, leaves the feeling of a waste of time.
