Still reeling from the life-changing events of the previous episode, Gail seeks out a safe haven with her father in the Delta Pavonis system. However, she soon learns that the politics of Planet Leto can be as treacherous and unpredictable as the local weather.

Space Pilgrim Episode III: Delta Pavonis is a fantastic continuation of the sci-fi saga that elevates the series by adding complex political intrigue and higher narrative stakes. Following Captain Gail Pilgrim as she is forced to navigate a corrupt and tense colony under martial law, this point-and-click adventure trades simple fetch-quests for deeper world-building and more engaging conversation dynamics. The puzzles feel significantly more logical and well-integrated into the plot compared to the previous episodes, making the retro RPG Maker environment feel alive despite its visual limitations. While the pacing can slow down during heavy dialogue sequences, the excellent character development and suspenseful storytelling make it an absolute must-play chapter for fans of old-school indie sci-fi

⭐ Recommended On to Episode III, and once again I had no choice but to carry on. I had to know how the story continues, and this entry keeps it going well. Like the earlier episodes, this one is made with a different RPG Maker than the Academy games, and the game opens in a tiny window. Press alt enter to make it bigger and you're set, though a permanent option would still be nicer. Just like the rest of the series, there are no battles. It's the old-school adventure style again. Searching locations for items, combining them and working out what to do with them. The puzzles fit the story nicely. The story raises the stakes compared to the first two episodes, and the characters stay good as ever. It ends the way this series does best: leaving you needing the next part immediately. Overall another well done entry in the series. Keep going in order and it's easy to recommend.
Space Pilgrim Episode III: Delta Pavonis is where the series truly reaches for the stars. After the emotional events of the previous episode, stepping into the Delta Pavonis system feels like entering a living, breathing corner of the galaxy. Planet Leto is beautifully crafted for a retro-inspired RPG Maker title—filled with political intrigue, mysterious disappearances, and a constant sense that something bigger is unfolding behind the scenes. Captain Gail Pilgrim continues to be a compelling protagonist. Her journey in this episode feels more personal and mature, especially as the search for her father drives the narrative forward. The writing does an excellent job balancing heartfelt moments with suspense, making it difficult to put the game down once the mystery begins to unravel. What impressed me the most was the scale. Episode III offers some of the largest and most varied locations in the entire saga. From bustling spaceports to dangerous oceans and isolated settlements, every area contributes to the feeling of exploring an expansive sci-fi universe. Despite its simple pixel-art presentation, the world is surprisingly immersive. The soundtrack complements the atmosphere perfectly, creating moments of tension, wonder, and nostalgia. The dialogue is well-paced, and while the gameplay remains straightforward, it never gets in the way of the story—the true star of the experience. This isn't a game for players looking for fast-paced action or cutting-edge graphics. It's for those who appreciate classic storytelling, memorable characters, and the charm of old-school adventures. Space Pilgrim proves that a great narrative doesn't need a massive budget; it just needs heart. By the end of Episode III, I was more invested in Gail and her crew than ever before, and I immediately wanted to continue to the final chapter. That's perhaps the highest compliment I can give a story-driven game. **Verdict:** An engaging and emotional sci-fi adventure with excellent world-building, memorable characters, and the strongest narrative in the series so far. If you've enjoyed the previous episodes, Delta Pavonis is an absolute must-play. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 9/10 – "Sometimes the biggest journeys begin among the smallest stars." I hope this review has been helpful.
