About
Space Engineers is an open world sandbox game about designing, building and testing your own space machines. Construct ships, stations and planetary bases in a fully destructible environment, then explore planets and space, mine resources, survive hazards and engage in combat alone or with friends in Creative or Survival modes.
Play solo or in multiplayer, from small co-op outposts to huge community servers. Start with a simple lander, grow into a mining and industrial empire, or focus on warships and planetary fortresses – the game gives you the tools and physics, you decide what to build.
Space Engineers uses a volumetric physics engine: every block and voxel has mass, inertia and damage. Ships break apart, stations crumble and terrain can be drilled, carved and reshaped, so your engineering choices really matter.
Space Engineers is grounded in real engineering and hard science fiction, driven by realism and plausible near-future technology. Think modern space programs extrapolated into the future: realistic ships, stations, tools and systems where everything is built and simulated block by block. It’s about the machinery you build, not about magic or scripted set-pieces.

It’s an fantastic open world game. U can basically build everything, and there is so many mods making the game 100x better. Personally i prefer this over space engineers 2, so it’s fantastic they still make update to it!
I am building a huge capital ship in creative, although my only complaint is that one guy said my ship was too small, but everyone else in the community is super chill and helpful. This one guy taught me how to make life support on my ship, and we became friends on TIkTok. When I am done with the ship it will be huge, the funny part is I had a dream of my current state of my ship before I even built it, but that's just a everyday thing for me. In short terms Community - Friendly with hugs included Building - addicting Fights - Too easy when your ship is 4 times the size of normal ships but super fun/funny Learning Curve - Get ready to climb the cliff, then celebrate because you figured out that you needed several gyros for your ship not to turn like a old wooden ship wheel

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Beware of clank, always. It's a great game, just buy it.
Feels Unfinished This game annoys me. I was playing it before it officially launched, followed it through all the updates, and yet even today it still feels like something is missing. It has always felt to me like the game was never quite finished. There are so many little things that make me think, "Surely this should have been better by now?" What makes it even more frustrating is that they're already working on the second one. So honestly, it leaves me wondering: why bother with this one? After following the game for so long and seeing all the updates, I really wanted it to feel more complete by now. Unfortunately, it still doesn't.
Decent game
