Игра вроде ничего но перевод хреновый. Русского текста почти нету. Халтура в общем, вернул деньги.
This game had so much potential, but it was released as full well before early release should have ended with glaringly obvious problems, and the creator abandoned the project. Im talking about really simple things like the fact that there is no keyboard binding listing in the game and therefore you cant bind keys or even look up what they do. im talking about easily programmed fixes like making sure info boxes dont pop up behind other info boxes and become unreadable. Im talking a complete lack of ANY optimization to where a laptop, steam deck, or cpu is screaming for mercy and ungodly hot in my lap, hands or case. the problem is that this was sold as finished and patches are completely dried up after the creator added controller support a year ago, likely as a way to make the game steamdeck friendly for one last monetary boost. because of the way the credits are typed out but, it appears as though most of the game assets and all of the voice acting were done with freelance work. this game was actually recomended on one or two articles for space ship tactics games which was a massive oversight in my opinion. there are tons of things i really like about this game, but its just so hard to look past all the unfinished or rushed work. when you have a level that includes 20 to 30 space ships and it bogs down the game so much that my modern gaming rig cant even help it that is a problem. its not even a graphically advanced or even large game. the levels are way to small, and the models are way to simple for slowdown to be an issue but it is! there are serious problems with the game flow as well. ill give one example, you can find a hidden cache location that says the location is shown on the map. Which map? the galaxy map? how do i open the galaxy map inside a system map? who the hell knows there is know keybinding listing. i was so excited for this indie game, but im sick and tired of people kickstarting games and then releasing them unfinished and completely unpolished. the game might not be broken but thats not enough. its being sold for money and its been abandoned before it was finished. according to steamspy this game likely sold between 20,000 and 50,000 copies which makes sense because of the articles i mentiond. at between sale level of 7 dollars us and 15 dollars us standard thats conservatively 1.8 million dollars if we assume 9 dollars average at only 20,000 units sold, if you take out the cut for steam thats llke 1.2 million dollars profit on a kickstarted game! PAY 80k and hire a few low level programmers to polish the game!
* I supported this game dev via Kickstarter and participated in some of the initial demo testing * A fun if short and limited game, FTL-inspired but really plays more like XCOM with spaceships. Will humans and their bioengineered feline pets ever get along? You may get to decide after a pretty linear campaign with some diverse combat scenarios, gathering an catty crew with a token human, and a lot of cat puns and geeky references (I particularly liked Neon-Tokyo and Cathulhu). The game could definitely use improvements in interface, quality of life, more in-game info on upgrades and gear (purchasing them was a bit of a gamble), etc. but still, a decent space adventure to experience.
very good vibe and tutorial, fun mechanics and went smoothly i like the cat characters into this
It looks like a fun game, easy to understand and learn the basic mechanics. Definitely gonna play more.
A nice game to spend a few hours on. It's long enough to learn the mechanics and finish it, but it felt too easy by the end.
Argh this is a tough one to review because, as someone else noted, there isn't a neutral button, you have to choose good or bad. I'm swaying very slightly into the bad camp sadly, mostly from missed potential, and a feeling of being sort of duped into continuing playing as it really felt like that potential was going to be met. Overall the game felt like a big long tutorial, I didn't die throughout, had the research completed quite early, and was able to buy everything from every shop. I honestly expected the game to open up into a more free form game after I'd got to the end of the story, but the credits rolled and that was it. The writing is a bit rough in places, I don't mean the puns and jokes, I respect they are part of the theme and charm on purpose. It's all just a bit kids story book level of story telling, and a bit rushed feeling. The voice acting isn't particularly great, it's not terrible, and I respect the work to actually put voice over in there, but it's a bit wooden in places, I think this may have more to do with the writing than the VA themselves in many places, hard to say. It got real laggy near the end when I went into my ship, so could do with some optimisations there. It needs some quality of life tweaks and bugs: The ability to speed up the animations by holding a button would making moving aroujnd and the AI turn go faster. The ability to see all room skill cooldowns and room skills in the hotbar. The ability to click outside of the green movement area and it takes it as a command to move to the closest space to where you clicked meaning you don't have to pan back to the ship. It isn't entirely clear where the perimeter of gas clouds are, so I'd accidentally get hit by them without meaning to. The tractor beam takes ages to realise it's not working if something blocks it. Multiple times I found I was hitting some mystery invisible objects. The weapon distance calculation is not being initialised properly on weapon selection and is taking the previous weapons range for the UI. Saving room layouts requires clicking the layout letter, which will change your layout, so you have to change it back to fix it. It wasn't clear when I could hack another ship, I stopped using it after I was told I didn't have enough level to hack something, but I had no idea why. There was some kind of bug with the sell menu not clearing the grid, and previously sold items stayed in there, if I took them back I went into negative money. Once there were no enemies it took ages to move around searching for material. My own drone shot me in the back. Enemy ships shot each other in the back. If I interrupted the tractor beam by working too quickly it could get stuck on. I wanted to be able to zoom out more. Considering the work to put many great systems into the game has been done, it's confusing to me why it isn't explored further as the hard work has been done. More research options, more buy and sell things, more upgrades, different crew, more drone types, different weapons, less basic dungeon elements. Instead of so many minimal implementation parts, it'd have been nice to see less but more polished gameplay mechanics. My expectation when I came back to the store was to realise I'd got hold of an early access title, if it were listed as early access, it'd have got a positive review. Sadly this game doesn't quite reach the bar required for a full release, especially for the price tag. Edit: Developers great responses tipped the scale to a positive review.
cannot pass level 5 .... two factions battle each other ... but instead fighting, both faction chasing me until dead
For a short game, it is fun and easy enough.
