I really think this game gets a bad rap. I think it actually does have decent, if buggy game mechanics, and in my opinion the lore really is a delight to read.
I played a game along time ago, in the early windows days called Legion, Sovereignty: Crown of Kings reminded me about that game in a lot of good ways, but once you start playing SCoK you begin to realize about how unpolished this game is in certain areas and how unfinished it is in others. +1 For being Legion 2.0 +1 For nostalgia feels +1 For scratching that turn based strategy resource itch -3 For building a game without proper menu options, such as being able to disable edge of screen scrolling -2 For having graphic options that don't change anything on my PC -2 For having captured elite units still take up their elite unit slot, even after you defeat the kingdom that captured them I want to like this game, I really do, but some of its very glaring issues will prevent that from happening. However I did get this game on sale, so for the little I did spend on it, it'll at least do its job well enough before I move onto something else.

I really love this game. Sure, its far from a modern AAA title, but all of its parts would fit together almost perfectly if it didn't have such an ancient UI and wasn't an unpolished bugfest. Would gladly pay for an updated sequel.
I love the game, the world seems to have good potential, the combat system is not bad at all for tactical combat. It saddens me that the game essentially appears to be unfinished. -It has many bugs and crashes, I ignore them and save often, but there are people who can feel frustrated. -The factions are not balanced, that is to say, it is not the same to play with Hadrigel that has a very competent army than with Latvia for example, and that seems excellent to me, since it makes sense that a country with a great military tradition is not equal to playing with another who doesn't have it, and leads you to look for tactics in battle to compensate for your disadvantage. -This game seems to have a story behind it that the game doesn't finish exploiting properly, more role-playing component for each faction would have made it a sublime game, also despite the diplomatic modifiers the AI usually does a little what it wants in diplomacy. -The history campaigns in many cases I don't like at all, the Evengaad campaign for example that has been my favorite faction, it is essentially not to bother Ariselle, lest she get angry with us... I was forced to play with Evengaad in conquest mode and conquer Ariselle to compensate. -I really liked the detail of unlocking special troops for each faction in the conquest mode. In summary, I love this game and I am very sorry that it did not unfold the potential that both the game and the world have, and of course if something similar is tried again with this world and trying to put everything that should be put into the would buy.
Be sure to save often. This game crashes after every in-game day. Other than that it's fun when it works. Basically it's a hex based tactical risk genre with a diplomacy twist and other game modes and objectives. You choose your region at the start (from a list of 30-40 locations) with it's own race and different troop and commodities. Then choose your game mode between world objectives to last man standing. All in all it's enjoyable, but wish was fully fleshed out for a $25> title. But God last time I'm supporting an early access to only have the developers completely abandon the game after a year. Famous last words.
malesef ticaret sistemini beğenmedim neyin nekadar olduğunu belli değil ve al sat yapması için deneme yanılmayla fiyatlandırma öğreniyoruz. ticaret yapamayınca doğal olarak ülkede gelişemiyor ve hiçbir araştırma yada bina kurma olayına giremiyoruz kısaca oyun oynanamıyor.
I like this game, but can't conquer whole world due to crashes. Great potential, deep world building, however lot of bugs.
I like this for the history. There was once a great hope that this game would grow and become a sleeping hit. Now we're left wondering about here in this little ghost page...
