A tranquil village in the South Pole has been overrun by mysterious invaders. But where did they come from? A conspiracy surrounds an AI organization that recently expanded in Antarctica. Could they be behind this? Innocent villagers are transforming into zombies and attacking their fellow residents alongside the intruders. Defend your home and protect Antarctica!
Multiplayer (PvP): You can be matched with random players of similar skill or invite a friend to join your lobby using a lobby code.
Player VS AI: Compete against a powerful AI Bot that adjusts to your skill level.
Custom match: Challenge your friends! They can join your lobby using a lobby code.

Introducing a PvPvE (Player vs Player vs Environment) battle. In this setup, both players (or a Player and AI Bot) confront each other as well as the challenging game Environment, symbolized by zombies. Zombies serve as a mutual adversary for both players, neutral and hostile to all parties involved.

Create two unique decks of characters and ability cards before your game. The deck collects information about your win rate with a particular character and card setup. Evaluate your decks and opt for the most potent one. Experiment with different card and character combinations to craft the optimal strategy. Be mindful of your deck selection as it decides the outcome of your game.
Use Relics to enhance your character’s abilities during a game.

This is an amazing game. I love playing strategy games and this scratches the perfect itch I've been looking for. The art style and design is also very cute and friendly. Menus are easy to navigate and very user-friendly, and the game itself is simple but leaves a lot of space to grow in skill. It's clear that the developer put plenty of time and thought into this game and it seems to be that they will continue to do so. 10/10 would recommend, ESPECIALLY for free! :)
Into the breach but PVP, with in-battle leveling used to power a custom deck of upgrade cards. It's a brilliant turn-based tactics game that really has no business being free.

the core gameplay is boring, nothing interesting happens as you play despite how many characters and objects you see on the grid. the pvpve concept is weird and makes rounds even longer, you run out of patience eventually. characters and zombies just hit each other and this is the main idea behind the gameplay. you only get to use the healing ability at the start which is frustrating because to unlock other abilities you need to play tons of hours. most of features are locked, you need to grind the game a lot and i don't know why devs made it this way in an early access game, lol. there are in-game purchases but again it's an early access game.
On the surface it is already a fun and engaging game, but I enjoy more how it rewards players who spend more time theory crafting outside of matches! I was fortunate to be part of the international tournament and that experience really showed how much skill expression this game has. Characters Overall, all of the characters felt balanced (maybe Tony is a bit meh) and that allowed for diverse enough team compositions in the tournament. I hope that as the game grows there doesn't end up a meta team composition that is just outright better than other compositions because the diversity in character play style helps make the game enjoyable without getting stale. Cards/Decks I am big fan of the cards/deck! It adds such an important layer of strategy that keeps you on your toes the entire match. Though that may not be friendly for casual players, more serious players will be rewarded for theory crafting decks. It's great as well that even if you end up playing against the same team composition, different deck compositions generally lead to different play styles from each player. If the player base grows big enough (hopefully), I think it would also be great to add a ranked system. I don't think it would be a fun experience for casual players to match against people who spend a lot of time theory crafting and just have better decks and better team compositions. Moreover, rank will be sort of a reward/incentive for players to theory craft and innovate new strategies. Otherwise, people who dedicate time learning the game will just beat up on players who are casually clicking characters, and that might get boring quickly. Overall, it's a fun game that's easy to learn, but also rewarding for more serious players.
At first glance, this game appears to be a cute and charming experience thanks to its adorable characters. However, it’s actually a turn-based game that requires some serious strategy! With a PvPvE setup, you’ll need to consider not just your opponents but also the AI, allowing for a variety of strategic approaches. The game features five core elements: "Characters," "AI elements known as Zombies," "Structures like water and walls," "Base Camps," and "Active Cards." You can acquire characters and active cards using resources you gather during gameplay. Thankfully, there’s no pay-to-win aspect here; you can access all content simply by playing the game. I’m having a blast with this game for a couple of reasons. First, you can compete against international players if you time your games right. Second, battling AI bots is also challenging and fun! If you enjoy turn-based SRPGs, this is a great choice. Unlike older games like "ONLINE Romance of the Three Kingdoms: The Legend of CaoCao" which required heavy spending, this one is enjoyable without the financial burden. It would be even more exciting if characters, cards, and structures received regular updates! That said, there are a few areas for improvement. For example, the UI could use some optimization—sometimes you have to click on the ground to target enemies, and it doesn't always register. The loading time when entering the relic page can be a bit slow. Also, while using active cards for characters is intuitive, using them for buildings can be confusing. Since the character is the one moving, it doesn’t quite make sense that you need to click on the building and then select upgrade. It might be easier if there were a separate button for building cards. Overall, I think with a few tweaks, this game could become even more enjoyable. Give it a try—you might find yourself hooked!
Into the breach를 PvPvE 형식으로 정말 잘 옮겨 놓은 게임입니다.
South Pole Bebop is fun, but feels empty. The game play is simple to understand and hard to master much like it's obvious inspiration from the game Into the Breach. Unlocking things is currently rather slow, and getting to play against an opponent is nearly impossible as playing with randoms when it's an available option (yes the game restricts when you can do that). There is an attempt to remedy this via a Discord, but even then it's not guaranteed as I have not played against a real player yet. The music is passable, but the art design feels cluttered and lacking direction. It is in beta so we'll have to see where the game goes and takes this idea and makes the most of it.
South Pole Bebop draws inspiration from Into the Breach, featuring familiar mechanics like knockbacks and zombie spawning. However, a closer look reveals deeper similarities to classic strategy games like XCom or Advance Wars. I'm excited for the official release, especially with the promise of an expanded story mode for single-player.
