Reviews
If you check all the reviews, you'll notice it only took up to 3.5 hours to complete the game. In all actuality, that part is true. The sorting is very easy, but I wish there were more levels and that there was an option to using a controller versus using the mouse only because after a while clicking the mouse, your hand and fingers cramp up. Otherwise, the game is laid back and chill. Not much going on for graphics, color, and imagination. It's exactly as it's shown in the video.
This is exactly the game you think it is. If this game seems like it would be fun to you, then it will be.
Fun little game - very satisfying sound effects. Unlike some other reviewers, I thought this had the just the right amount of levels - any more could get boring.

It's a lovely, quick, little game. It delivers on what it advertises. It's calming and relaxing, and has a dry wit as well.
The game is fine. You sort things - sorting is satisfying. But it's sooo short for what it is. There are not that many levels and also not that much variety. It kinda feels half-finished. Some of the mechanics can also be fully ignored as the game prevents you from making any mistakes in sorting. I would not recommend this one.
This game is as much about doing a monotonous job and feeling underappreciated as it is about sorting things! But lucky for this company, I love sorting crap <3 Wonderful little game for the cost if this is your kinda thing!
Great Game!
I really wanted to sort and declutter stuff, but I can't do that in my house anymore because I've been done with that a long time. This game really itched that need. 100% is super easy too. Would recommend. ^^
I get the appeal, and normally this sort of thing is right up my alley, but it just doesn't do it for me.
For a scaled down version of "A Little To The Left", it's alright. The core gameplay loop for "Sorting Inc" is exactly what it appears to be: organize things. Each level comes with new things and new rules for sorting the things. At minimum, the game is stable with good achievement spread and pleasant enough music. The story, such as it is, is you the player advancing through different levels in a corporation, boosting company profits as you do a good job. While not earth-shattering in scope, it does one thing very successfully at a bargain bin price point. At the time of this writing, the Steam Summer Sale is going on. If you've got some last minute purchases to round out your cart, throw this one in. It's good for a few hours of fun with the right people.
