Soccer 2.0

I had this game for quite some time from Meta store. I just wondered if Steam version is different or the same. I must say, that it's basically the same version as the Meta one. The only difference I see is that Steam has a bit better graphics, at least on my graphics card. Here are some tricks that I suggest: 1. You must try mounting on the foot at all cost, just do it properly, adjust shoe settings and the feeling is awesome - don't get upset if the controller disapears for a while, it's the tracking problem of the headset, that foot is far away from the head, just move the leg and it should be tracked again 2. Play first couple of matches in easy/assisted, just to feel the game and score a lot of goals 3. Don't blindly run with the ball, try some passing (to low pass you need to kick the ball at higher point) 4. When you're ready go to settings and adjust defend and attacking, for defend maybe not set the highest values immediately - the game become more difficult. You can also make your speed the same as opponent one, which also increases difficulty. 5. Precise kicking is your goal, goalkeeper becomes better if you use precise I think from now on I will play it via Steam, simply because I don't see a difference, but I prefer that my PC does the graphical part, the headset probably will last more on battery. Basically game has tons of settings, I haven't touched most of them yet.

[h3]Solid VR Fun[/h3] Soccer VR is a decent VR football experience. The graphics are sharp and the gameplay has some surprising depth. Mounting the controller to your foot for kicking is a neat feature that takes some getting used to. It's best to start with easier difficulties and practice some tactics, it's more fun that way. It's very difficult to hit the "archery" target during trainings so you can select goalkeeper instead. The game offers a good amount of customization in the settings, allowing you to tailor your defensive and attacking styles as well the AI ones. Precise kicking is definitely the way to go. There is also this ball smasher mode, which looks like a completely separate game, still fun to get those achievements and nice badges. Overall it's a fun VR game with good visuals and a decent amount of content. The crowd sounds keep you engaged. It might not be the most groundbreaking VR experience, but it's a solid choice for some casual soccer fun.

My head have problems when playing games with movement, but based on my recent success with basketball I wanted to try soccer as well. I was able to setup the game similar as the basketball one, so I'm pretty happy. I was able to play almost one hour without restarting. If you also have problems with movement in vr games, then just try this one and adjust the jog speed to lower value and check some vr checkbox limit in menu. That causes the movement to be pretty slow and it worked for me. If it doesn't work for you, you can just return the game, steam allows for that. About the game - I haven't tried mounting on the foot, I've played with hands but for me it's enough. The training modes are only precise, but the match can be precise, assisted or even with buttons (I don't know if people would like to use buttons, but not me). Goalkeeper has sometimes funny animations. The sounds are really cool, there is a crowd.
