So Much Stuff 4: Bits & Bobs

[h1]THAT'S A LOTTA STUFF[/h1]  These are my zen games. I play these games when I just want to chill out and relax without having to solve brain-burner puzzles. I especially enjoy the shaped jigsaws, sort, and So Much Stuff levels.   There are 18 Main Levels +8 CE Levels and each level has 4 Categories. Each level has  Sort, a So Much Stuff, and a Jigsaw category, but the 3rd category changes with either a Click To Swap, Click To Rotate, Differences, Collage, Click To Cycle, Detail, or Memory variation:   [b]SORT:[/b]  In the SORT variation, you simply remove objects in pairs. The scene itself has multiple layers of really unique objects, all of which are themed for each chapter. Each level has fragments of a Collection to find as well. (shown on the bottom left)   [b]SO MUCH STUFF:[/b]  In the SO MUCH STUFF variation, you are tasked with finding multiples of items that are shown on strips of paper. As you work your way through the layers of items, you will uncover even more strips of paper with more listed items. These levels also contain fragments of a Collectible.   [b]CLICK TO SWAP:[/b]  These are scenes that require you to swap several odd-shaped pieces between one or more pictures. Some of these have very intricate detail in the images so they can be quite challenging.   [b]JIGSAW:[/b]  These are all shaped pieces that vary with each puzzle. I have grown quite fond of these puzzles even though I consider myself a hard-core puzzle geek!   [b]CLICK TO ROTATE:[/b]  These are just simple puzzles where you are tasked with clicking shaped pieces to rotate.   [b]DIFFERENCE:[/b] These are Spot The Difference between two almost identical images. They can be challenging because some of the differences are elements of the image itself, versus just added objects.   [b]MEMORY:[/b] The goal is to flip over two cards at a time to make matches of identical images.   [b]DETAIL:[/b] This is a hidden object game where you are tasked with finding specific areas within the scene that match the square swatches. [b]CLICK TO SWAP/ROTATE:[/b] This is similar to the Click To Swap puzzles but some of the shaped pieces require you to rotate them into place. [b]COLLAGE:[/b] This is another hidden object variation where you find multiple stickers of the listed items shown. [b]CLICK TO CYCLE:[/b] In this variation, you are trying to figure out the correct image by cycling pieces until you discover the correct image.   [b]COLLECTOR'S EDITION EXTRAS:[/b] There are 18 Main Levels, 8 Bonus Levels,  36 Collectibles (+ 12 in the CE), that are found within the Sort and So Much Stuff levels, 13 Music Soundtracks, and 18 Wallpapers.

The next entry in a successful and casual series of various mini-games. Although the company creates several different titles that all appear similar, each game series has its own distinct touch and look that makes it stand out on its own. The basic similarity remains: all have a collection of several easy and simple mini-games comparable to those found in hidden-object games. The way mini-games are displayed differs slightly from other titles. You normally select the type of mini-game and the puzzle you wish to play from a list. However, in this game you choose topics that could not be more random. Vikings, casino, farm life, and many more are among them. Each theme features four puzzles: "sort" where you look for pairs of items, "jigsaw" where you fill up an object outline with pieces, "so much stuff" a unique mini-game where you look for objects written on little notes, and the last type is different for each theme. When all four puzzles are finished and receive a check mark, a topic becomes gold. The game includes a fun collectibles mechanic. Mini-games "sort" and "so much stuff" have a collectible image in the lower left corner. Your goal is to fill it up with pieces located on the screen, usually hidden under a lot of other stuff. When you find all of the pieces and finish the image, the collectible appears in one of the rooms. Furthermore, clearing the screen of various items in these mini-games is curiously satisfying. Another thing these games have in common is that there is no failure. You can click as many times as you want and take as much time as you need. There's also a hint to assist you place the first piece or find those pesky last items. It only happens in a few circumstances, but some "so much stuff" scenes cannot be completed without the use of a hint. This is due to the fact that the essential item is sometimes hidden underneath a larger object. A big bigger problem is the lack of visible outlines in some mini-games. You can’t see where the pieces are, so you need to move the mouse around and observe when it changes. Achievements work fine. The one for finishing the collector’s edition is unlocked by simply finishing the last puzzle in the pack, but that’s not a big deal because you have to complete everything anyway.

I love this series of games! They are relaxing and fun, and I enjoy ever single one. Please tell me #5 is in the works!! Thank you for my go-to game to unwind!
