Snow Problem is one of those games you open "just for five minutes", only to end up beating 10 more levels. It really reminds me of a falling sand-kind of DOS game I've used to play as a kid and really loved it. The concept is simple - guide the falling snow to the bottom of the screen by drawing a limited amount of lines. But wait, you need to avoid obstacles, and sometimes colour the falling flakes to a certain colour too. And then there's the quota of fallen flakes you must meet in order to proceed. That's what makes it so much fun - trying to come up with a perfect strategy to steer that snow down the screen. Sometimes it requires a couple of restarts, but the satisfaction of finally getting it right and seeing those bars fill up totally makes it up for it. If you like these kind of puzzle games, I'd say definitely give this one a go. Not only does it feature 100 levels, it also comes with a level editor you can create your own puzzles in!
Highly addictive! In Snow Problem you'll be drawing walls on the screen to guide the snowfall to where you want it to go - avoiding obstacles, and recoloring it as needed. It's a simple-enough concept, but super engaging. A lot of fun!
Great game! Relaxing, but can make you rage a bit when snow starts piling up somewhere you weren't paying attention to and you only notice it when you look at the color bar and white is 0/2000 A lot of fun!
Snow Problem is addictive. "I'll give it a go," you'll think, and suddenly you're 30 levels deep. It's a lot of fun and if 100 levels aren't enough, it even comes with an easy-to-use level editor to make your own. Snow Problem's UI and presentation could use a bit more love but the game itself is excellent. Best way I can describe it is "Lemmings but snow." Fast-paced and puzzles are dynamic, it's a lot of fun. For more niche curation, follow me at: https://store.steampowered.com/curator/27440015-CSH-Picone/
I purchased Snow Problem on itch.io over a month ago. I've mastered all 100 levels. They were challenging, but just right for me. It was fun and a pleasure to play! If you love challenging and innovative puzzles, you should play Snow Problem.
Snow Problem is really addicting. Collect colorful snowflakes by drawing terrain to guide the falling snow. Fill your quota of snow before the timer runs out! The levels are fun and creative. It's really nice to watch the falling snow too. ^^
This is an excellent game. Very addictive. Thank you for making it.
Score - 8/10 (Recommended)
Snow Problem is an addictive physics puzzle game that's a bit like Lemmings except you're funneling snow down a screen instead of rodents to an exit. For those that lack patience or good hand-eye coordination, this is not for you but most people should be able to get a few hours of entertainment out of this and if you want more, there's always the level editor to try out. A fun little retro puzzle game, kinda relaxing.
Made me think of the days in computer lab finding playing the games that some other student had probably installed from a copied floppy. The levels do get more challenging as you go along so early blitzing through won't last forever
