Interesting take on the Backrooms. Very Liminal and Desolate. Hopeless and Forgotten. I think it was a wee bit short and probably could use a SAVE or checkpoint system. But the Level design is detailed so well, the audio cues and fantastic (creaking doors, or when you step on a garbage bag). I think there is potential to not only expand this game, but also really improve it as it is with a simple saving system. Graphics are top notch, audio is fantastic, and the gameplay is easy, fluid, and straightforward. Good creepy game to play in the dark, by yourself, with the volume cranked.

Waste of time. My friend bought me this game and I feel bad for him. Honestly don't even get it on sale. Just wondered around without nothing happening and no clear objective.

Positive: 👻 SKUF BACKROOMS delivers a strong Backrooms atmosphere with endless corridors, eerie lighting, and constant tension while exploring deeper into the maze. The sound design does a great job making the experience immersive and unsettling. Negative: 🔄 The gameplay is very simple and the experience is quite short, with little variety beyond exploration and avoiding danger. 🏆 Completionists & Achievement Hunters: There are 3 Steam achievements, all tied to simple progression and exploration. ⏱️ Full completion can be done very quickly in one short session. Overall: SKUF BACKROOMS is a short but effective atmospheric horror experience. It doesn’t offer deep mechanics or long playtime, but for a quick creepy adventure — especially at a low price — it does its job well and is worth checking out.
