This game is the reason I am drowning is women.
I'm VERY upset that the game's description already made a Sk8er Boi reference, so now I don't feel like I can review this to the rhythm of the song. My frustration is immeasurable, and my day is ruined. All you get is a thumbs up and no actual review >:[
Here we go again with another garbage endless runner on Steam. Hundreds, if not thousands of these things are plaguing the store. Like every other endless/autorunner, you're just moving and avoiding obstacles in this incredibly shallow piece of shovelware. Endless runners are largely a bunch of low effort garbage, but, somehow, Gnarvana Studios managed to make one that's even worse than most. It doesn't even have 3D graphics like Temple Runner. Instead, you control a frog sprite, barely animated, with a skateboard, and you jump and sometimes grind over obstacles as you scroll endlessly to the right. That's all there is to this garbage. So this looks like an old 1990's Adobe Flash game that you might play in a web browser, and the problem there is obviously Steam wasn't intended to try compete with Chrome and Firefox. If it can be done in a web browser, it's not even close to a cutting edge PC gaming experience. That's a problem. This feels more like a tech demo or a project smacked together hurriedly to try make a kind of minimum viable product just good enough to pass the developers unambitious idea and shove it into Steam Direct to see if you can actually pay $100 and publish junk through Steam Direct. Yeah, you can. Is this good for gamers? Nope. Now on to pricing and value for gamers. This is "free" enough (not every "free" game in the "free" section is truly free, there's usually some hidden price tag), at least you won't be expected to spend any more money after you download this, but just because something is free doesn't mean it's good, and the cost of a game is more than just financial, your time is valuable too. Despite having no up-front cost, this failed to appeal to the 130 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB shows this peaked at only 9 concurrent players... this is a dismal public reception. This was so bad they couldn't even give it away. Since free games don't contribute to your game collector badge and other profile stuff, is this a worthwhile addition to your Steam library? I can't recommend this, it's not worth downloading even if it's "free". Games don't exist in a vacuum... Steam gamers have literally thousands of better choices. Note: Joke reviews As usual, with some of the worst games on Steam, all the comedians come out of the woodwork. The vast majority of the reviews for this game are joke reviews, mocking the game for just how bad it is. The comedians give us the usual "this game cured my cancer, saved my marriage, changed my life" story... sarcastic, but not useful if you want to know if the game is worth it. Because most of the reviews are humorous but also insincere and not reflective of the actual quality of the product, the positive review score for this game should be taken with a grain of salt.
9/10 non posso fare sesso con la rana
Similar to a game called Bone Boy, the most painful 5 minutes I've ever had to push through just so I can review a game. Don't install, don't play, don't run this game. Period.
I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ LOVE SKATER FROG
