About
After the sudden death of your father you come back to your hometown and move to a new home to live with Liza, Bella, Rachel and Susan. You control the protagonist as he settles in his new life, surrounded by beautiful women. Will you discover their personalities and secrets and maybe even develop romantic relationships with several of the girls?
The game is built on choices that will have an impact on the gameplay. Each main character has two statistics; Trust and Corruption. Scenes will unfold based on those two parameters. Be careful not to lose the trust of any of your friends, otherwise your stay at your new home will be a very short one.
All main characters (including the protagonist) can be named.
Sisterly Lust contains hours of content and many branching paths. The main cast is supported by a large ensemble of (female) side characters, each with their own story to tell. Will you romance Bella, or develop a different relationship with her? Do you want to discover what secret Susan is hiding? Rachel is clearly an open-minded girl, but is she daring enough to allow you into her life? Liza's boyfriend is a verified douchebag, but do you care enough for her to oust him from her life entirely?

Do not buy now, this game used to be great but the Dev is a coward for updating the game. The Game's dialogue is now clunky and awkward and really doesn't work well. Its both sad and frustrating to see a game you already bought be ruined because the dev bent the knee
Why is it that almost every adult vn to come out recently feels like it was written by a 14 year old boy who learned everything he knows about women from Andrew Tate? This one, unfortunately, is no exception. The writing here can only be described as vapid and boring, and in it's worst moments, I'd even call it offensively bad. These moments are usually the ones where you get to see the protagonist's inner thoughts, and it's almost always some asinine judgement like "what a ♥♥♥♥♥" or "sounds like a slut." It feels gross having to play a character like that. Combine that gross feeling with the vapid writing for each and every character and you end up with something that, at least for me, was very difficult to enjoy, despite the admittedly good character designs. There came a point early on where I had to decide if I was going to push through or just refund this awful thing. I decided to push through, but I don't recommend you do the same. Beyond the writing, another big issue I had with this vn was the general lack of player agency. You don't really get to decide how the protag feels about any of the other characters, just whether or not he voices his pre-programmed opinions, and most choices regarding game events boil down to "do I go do the thing or do I go home and do nothing?" which is just painfully uninteresting. When it comes to dialogue, there are plenty of moments when you're given the option between a couple of different things to say, but never anything a normal person would actually ever say, and it always seems like the third "non-douchebag" option is conspicuously missing. Towards the end, there were several long stretches of the game during which many in-game days would go by where nothing at all happened and the only options presented to me were "wait until evening" and then "go to sleep," and while I do wish I had those options every day in real life, in game it's just a pointless waste of my time. There was so much of this, in fact, that I started to think the game must be bugged... and then it just ended. It abruptly rolled an epilogue montage detailing events I felt wholly disconnected from and then it rolled credits. I get that this probably happened because I didn't make the decisions the developer wanted me to make, but just leaving the player with days and days of empty game to click through seems like a bad design choice, regardless of how the player decides to play.
used to love this until perverteers last update. bending the knee. i had to go out of my way to patch in content i paid for. absolutely redicuulous. makes me sad, yet ive seen other devs not pull content:( never again. *nvm dealt with, thank you dev so much, really appreciated
This game is great. It's a little dated by now, so lacking in animations and the renders don't look as nice as games releasing in 2025. That said, there is heart, charm, & characters worth caring about. The scenes are plenty enjoyable even without animations. The story can drag a little but overall is quite good imo as these games go. This dev brings more passion than most. That said, yes - there is a storm moving through the industry that is killing a lot of games and ending the ambitions of a lot of indie devs. So, yes, this game had a content update to bring it into compliance with fast-changing Steam guidelines. This was in order not to get de-listed because, frankly, Steam's monopoly on PC gaming means this is one of the only platforms in which games make any meaningful profit...PARTICULARLY niche indie games such as this. This game absolutely deserves a thumbs up and a play. Even if the dev had to make changes they didn't want to...that's really the only way the game survives at all, and it's more than worth helping indie adult game devs survive the downturn in the industry if we want to keep seeing games like this at all moving forward.
The game is sabsolutely worth it (especially discounted), art holds up, story is fantastic (and spicy if you delete the prudish "censorship" patch). Full playthrough takes around 16hours if you skip a little bit off text like me (almost at the very end with 15,3hours), more if you properly read everything (17-18ish hours?) or if you enjoy the one-handed gameplay. The game is linear, but decisions do matter (unlike in much of its competetion), you can unintentionally easily miss out on entire storylines and scenes, including with the main characters. Ive played it like a year ago on itch.io , this christmas bought it here for 2nd playthrough. It unfortunately lacking in animation but the writing pushes it above competition in the genre :-)
Sisterly Lust, developed and published by Perverteer Games, is an adult-oriented visual novel that centers on branching narrative choices, relationship dynamics, and player-driven progression. Built firmly within the interactive fiction genre, the game focuses on dialogue, character interaction, and a stat-based decision system rather than traditional gameplay mechanics such as combat or exploration. It places the player in the role of a young man returning home after a family tragedy, setting the stage for a story that unfolds through personal relationships, shifting loyalties, and morally charged decisions. At its foundation, Sisterly Lust is structured around choice and consequence. Players navigate conversations and daily events by selecting dialogue options that influence two primary character metrics: trust and corruption. These values determine how characters respond, what scenes become available, and which narrative branches open or close. Rather than offering a single linear storyline, the game provides multiple paths and outcomes, encouraging experimentation and replay. Relationships can evolve in very different directions depending on the player’s approach, giving the experience a sense of agency that is central to its appeal. The cast of characters forms the emotional and narrative core of the game. Each primary character is given distinct personality traits, motivations, and emotional arcs that unfold gradually through interactions. While the premise revolves around intimate and controversial relationships, the writing attempts to flesh out character backstories and interpersonal tensions beyond surface-level encounters. Dialogue sequences often explore themes of trust, manipulation, vulnerability, and shifting power dynamics. Players who invest time in multiple playthroughs will discover alternative routes that reveal different aspects of the characters and their histories. Visually, the game utilizes 3D-rendered character models and static scene compositions to present story events. The artwork is stylized rather than highly animated, with emphasis placed on character expressions and posed scenes to convey emotional beats. While the production values reflect its indie origins, the visual consistency helps maintain immersion within its genre framework. Audio design is relatively minimal, supporting the experience with ambient effects and music without drawing focus away from the text-driven structure. Mechanically, Sisterly Lust remains straightforward. Progression is achieved primarily through reading dialogue, selecting choices, and unlocking new events based on accumulated stats. There are no puzzles or action segments; the interactivity lies entirely in narrative decisions. This simplicity allows the game to focus fully on branching storytelling but may limit its appeal to players seeking more dynamic gameplay systems. However, within the adult visual novel niche, the depth of branching content and variety of possible endings provide substantial replay value. Thematically, the game delves into mature and often controversial territory. Its content is explicitly intended for adult audiences and explores intimate relationship dynamics that may not appeal to all players. Steam classifies it as adult-only, and its tone reflects that positioning. While the game states that all characters are adults, the familial relationship framework is a defining aspect of its identity and a source of both intrigue and controversy within the community. As with many titles in this genre, audience reception largely depends on individual comfort levels with its themes. Reception among its target audience has generally been positive, particularly among players who appreciate extensive branching narratives and character-driven storytelling in adult visual novels. Many users highlight the number of possible outcomes and the depth of decision-making as key strengths. Others note that the game’s pacing can be uneven, with certain routes requiring specific stat management that may not be immediately intuitive. Additionally, because much of the experience relies on text and static imagery, players expecting cinematic presentation or voice acting may find it limited. Overall, Sisterly Lust stands as a choice-heavy adult visual novel that prioritizes narrative branching and relationship development within its niche. It does not attempt to innovate mechanically, but it offers a substantial amount of story content for players interested in interactive fiction with mature themes. Its strengths lie in its replayability and stat-driven progression system, while its limitations stem from its narrow genre focus and modest production scale. For players specifically seeking adult-oriented visual novels with layered decision trees and character-centric storytelling, it delivers a comprehensive and structured experience within that framework.
