Ten minutes of a boring story that should been a comic on an Instagram post, I suppose it tries to teach something about EDs? But I ended the story the same way I started it , didn’t learn anything new , not sure what to do with this tbh…
It hits the right feeling.

mó vontadezinha de chorar, joguei dois finais diferentes e achei os dois bemm tristonhos, mas o jogo eh bom sim (aliás, bela arte viu!) 9/10
Although the story is fine, I couldn't really feel what the main character was feeling. Sorry :/
Interesting play.
10/10. Navigating topics such as mental illness and eating disorders doesn't leave much room for inaccuracies. Shrinking Pains did a good job addressing them. Whoever is behind the raws of this game ("semi-autobiographical", they said), thank you for sharing it. I hope you're doing well. Spoiler because spoiler (duh) and tw:
Once, a nurse threatened to tube feed me, and that was the scariest thing someone has ever said to me. Anorexia is so ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up that we don't want anyone to worry and we'll refuse help even when we can't hide it in plain sight anymore. This "short narrative experience" brings us enough on it. "All you know is that you want to be sick." "You want to be nothing but skin, bones and bare essentials." Not to say the self-isolation anorexia conducts you through, because feelings might be kept apart from what your mind perceives as essential. "Is what's in your head so riveting?" "You want to feel something but you're empty. Lately you're always empty." I see the developers were very conscious of what they were writing from start to finish.
It seems that this does not really capture the motivations of people with eating disorders, only the social aspects of it. I also find it hard to believe that Vivienne would let you get away so easily. It seems that someone like that would care about you more than anyone else...but also wouldn't want anyone else to care about you. This is not a negative review per se, I just think it should be closer to slightly above neutral.
A glimpse at what gnaws within
Jogo incrível, apesar de curto consegue contar a história de diversas formas, e ser de certa forma profundo em todas elas.
