Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 13 → 0.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Tell me why I bought this game? This game is literally my job IRL. I've come home to do the exact job I just did, for an extra 2hours, except I'm not getting paid. It's pretty good though. It's simple, It is slightly boring however. It's a simple game that can kill a few hours. After the first few hours though it is just rinse and repeat. Serve the customers. Stock the shelves. Repeat. You serve the same 10 or so character models so that definitely needs to change. I'd like to have a better placement system. I've come across a few bugs too. There's a few other things that they could change but for a game that has just come out, it has potential to be way better. So far though, I like it.
I'm a Playway Games connoisseur. I own more than a dozen of their titles and am a shareholder of their stock. I like your average 6/10 Playway game. As long as the simulator simulates like it should and the achievements work, I'm easy to please. But, even by Playway standards, this one is a dud. The game is functional and can be beaten in a reasonable amount of time. That's where the good ends. Why are there no stockers or warehouse workers? Why do all the products have roughly the same profit margin -- there's seemingly little point in unlocking further tiers of goods, especially as you can't get a second checkout or cashier. And why do we have to hire a new cashier every morning? This should *not* be "Your First Supermarket". I would recommend this game to people that are Steamhunters users that need more achievement points from playing games and already beat Supermarket Simulator and Supermarket Together. If you're in this small (but lovely) group of users, by all means go ahead and enjoy this game. Otherwise, stick to better Playway titles.

Alright, here's a rewrite of that review in English: As a fan of simulation games, I really enjoyed this one. There's a bit of a storyline, but it's mostly a simulator. Top-notch game, I recommend it!
Horrid Cash grab copy of a real game. Dont even buy this for a dollar
Otro juego estilo supermarket. Esta bien para pasar el rato,
Shopkeeper: My First Supermarket is a detailed and engaging simulation game developed by Games Incubator and published in collaboration with PlayWay S.A. It offers players a unique chance to experience the everyday challenges of running a small supermarket and gradually expanding it into a thriving business. From managing inventory to interacting with customers, the game places you in the heart of retail operations, capturing the nuances of what it takes to keep a supermarket running smoothly. With its first-person perspective, the game adds an immersive layer, making you feel like you’re truly walking the aisles, restocking shelves, and handling the ebb and flow of daily commerce. The core gameplay revolves around balancing multiple responsibilities, including inventory management, pricing strategies, employee supervision, and customer satisfaction. Unlike many casual simulators, Shopkeeper: My First Supermarket demands thoughtful decision-making. For example, players must carefully monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstock, as either can affect profits and customer experience. Pricing must be adjusted to stay competitive yet profitable, while employees require scheduling and management to maintain efficient store operations. The attention to operational details gives the game a realistic feel, reflecting the complexities and sometimes hectic pace of supermarket management. One of the game’s strengths lies in its immersive environment and visual design. The supermarket setting is rendered with vibrant colors and a pleasing level of detail, creating an inviting and lively atmosphere. The layout can be customized to an extent, allowing players to experiment with product placement to optimize customer flow and boost sales. Background sounds and ambient effects complement the visuals, from the chatter of shoppers to the subtle hum of refrigerators, helping to build a convincing retail environment. This sensory immersion enhances the simulation experience beyond simple management mechanics. Despite its charm and depth, the game does have some areas that may feel repetitive, especially during the initial stages. Early gameplay can involve routine tasks like restocking shelves or organizing products, which might not offer enough variety for some players. As the supermarket grows, however, new challenges and opportunities emerge, such as expanding product ranges, hiring more staff, and dealing with unexpected events, which help break the monotony and keep gameplay engaging. There is also potential for further development in inventory complexity and economic systems to provide a richer management experience over time. The game performs well in terms of accessibility, with a user-friendly interface that helps both beginners and simulation veterans get to grips with the mechanics quickly. The first-person perspective offers a fresh take compared to traditional top-down or menu-heavy management sims, adding a personal touch to the gameplay. However, some players have reported minor bugs and technical hiccups, though these issues generally don’t detract significantly from the overall experience and may be addressed through updates. Overall, Shopkeeper: My First Supermarket stands out as a solid and thoughtfully designed retail simulation that balances realism with accessibility. It offers a satisfying progression from running a small local shop to managing a larger supermarket, with enough depth in management systems to keep players invested. While it may not reinvent the simulation genre, it provides an enjoyable and immersive experience for players who enjoy methodical planning, customer interaction, and the challenge of growing a business from the ground up. For anyone curious about the inner workings of a supermarket or fans of management sims looking for something with a more personal perspective, this game offers a compelling journey through the trials and triumphs of retail entrepreneurship.
