About
When Chelsea lands an interview inside a mostly abandoned commercial building, she ignores the warning signs.
Sealed floors. Dead elevators. Strange noises. A suspicious security guard.
Meet strangers: suspicious, charming and friendly.
Piece together the story as an ordinary job interview turns into death trap.
SHOCKFACE is a short, focused slasher horror experience featuring:
Fixed camera perspectives
Classic tank controls
Exploration and environmental puzzles
Stealth and hiding
No combat
A story inspired by 90s slasher movies
Late-PS2-era visuals
Around 90 minutes for a typical first playthrough, designed as a single-sitting experience
After she regains consciousness in the parking garage, she discovers something worse: Someone doesn't want her to leave.
Explore the building floor by floor. Search offices, basements and hidden rooms with dark secrets.
But remember.
You're not alone. And someone here knows the place a lot better than you.
When he is nearby, listen.
Learn the building. Find places to hide. Watch his routes. Wait for your opportunity. Then move.
There is no combat.
Getting caught isn't a fight you can win.
Tools. Keys. Letters. Puzzles. And clues hidden in plain sight.
A correct step can unlock a new path. A wrong one can prove deadly.
There's more than what meets the eye.

/Nostalgia hits hard! The game simply screams the vibe we all felt when we were kids. The fixed camera perspective is a breath of fresh air among the games we see nowadays. Things I loved: Tank Controls Fixed Camera Perspective The Puzzles The Art style The Spooky atmosphere Voice Acting Sound FX The Story This game shows what a small group of people with passion can craft just with sheer will and determination. Kudos!
A well-made slasher game. I can recommend it.
Really enjoyed the game overall, but I definitely think it could use a bit more challenge. As a long-time survival horror player, I would've loved to see harder puzzles and a more aggressive pursuer. The game has a lot of potential, but I rarely felt like I was truly in danger. One small issue: for some reason, the tank controls didn't work with my controller. I actually came pretty close to refunding the game because of that, but decided to stick with it and finished the game using the modern control scheme instead. Despite that, I had a really good time with it and genuinely enjoyed the experience. Best of luck to the developer with future projects and updates!
